Son unos estafadores, un viajero me compro un producto que luego cancelo, Grab me hizo la devolución con menos plata, perdí usd 15, te obligan pagar en moneda local (dónde te hacen una cotizacion horrible, por lo que te sale más caro que pagando en USD). Pero si te cancelan GRABR si te devuelve en dolares por lo que perdés dinero por el cambio de cotización. Si pague en pesos con MercadoPago se me debe cobrar ese importe cuando me devuelven

Llevaba tiempo intentando pedir algo con Grabr, cuando realmente lo logré me dispuse a pagar, siendo el monto que Grabr me mostraba para pagar 166 USD, pero al pasar al checkout donde pones tus dados de pago te redirige a otra página donde te muestra otro monto, el total que debía pagar realmente ascendió a 171.33 USD, esto ya es molesto, viendo que Grabr ya te cobra el procesamiento de pago.
Si vas a pedir con Grabr ten en cuenta que tendrás que calcular otro monto adicional a tu pago final.

Excelente, recomendo, transação segura, tem ótimo custo benefício, porém as vezes os valores de taxas são altos.

recently tried Grab and overall I had a really positive experience. What stood out to me most was how simple the platform makes it to connect with travelers and get items that are hard to find locally. The app itself is user-friendly, and communication with the traveler felt smooth and transparent. I appreciated being able to see reviews, which made the process feel safer and more trustworthy.
That said, I think there's room for improvement in a couple of areas. Delivery times can be a bit unpredictable since they depend on the traveler's schedule, so it helps to set realistic expectations and plan ahead if you need something urgently. Also, while the service fees are fair for the convenience, it would be helpful if the cost breakdown were a little clearer upfront.
In the end, I got exactly what I ordered in great condition, and I would definitely use Grabr again. If you're patient and flexible, it's a fantastic way to access products you wouldn't normally be able to get-and support travelers along the way.

It is a very useful tool in cases in which, due to the characteristics of the object to be transported, it is not possible to use other more common mechanisms for the transport of goods. A very reliable and agile process. Highly recommended.

Fiz tudo certinho do meu lado, gastei uma quantia considerável em mercadorias e após o prazo prometido de pagamento, não me pagaram. Quando ultrapassa o prazo, a plataforma simplesmente para de te responder. A plataforma afirma que o pagamento é feito entre 3 a 15 dias úteis, mas estão com dificuldade para cumprir o combinado. Não existe justificativa plausível para tanto descaso. Eu não sei se essa plataforma funciona em esquema de pirâmide ou que tipo de negócio duvidoso pode ser, pois não cumprem o combinado para quem se encarrega de fazer todo o trabalho desde a compra, transporte e entrega. Só vale a pena para compradores.

Foi excelente, não tenho o que pontuar, dependendo do que for comprar, se não for algo urgente ou não for comercializado aqui no Brasil, compensa demais! Agradeço aos desenvolvedores dessa plataforma genial e ao Viajante Tony, que trouxe, com todo cuidado e atenção o primeiro de muitos produtos que irei trazer por essa plataforma.
