Easy to use website. Delivery service is lacking possible dates of receiving the goods. Overhaul kept up to date with the order process.

From initial web search which Grantham’s won in my endeavour to find a replacement awning light for our Chausson motorhome to the part arriving a few days later it was nothing but perfect.

What an amazing service from Grantham's! i ordered a replacement tap at the weekend, The Terms and conditions on the sale are clear, including delivery and ordering at weekends. On Monday morning I received notification on email that my order had been picked and shipped. I received within 24 hours. Super service! Thank you very much.

Very easy to navigate the online shop.My awning was dispatched from the manufacturer and arrived quickly. On inspection I found a faulty zip on a side panel. On ringing Granthams I found their young man in the office very helpful. I'm now awaiting a reply from the manufacturer but I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I was looking for a Locknlevel there website came up the price was good purchased it on line and a few days later it turned up. All easy and quick so highly recommended.

Decided I wanted to invest in a Lock'n'Level system for our caravan to make set up easier and having reviewed the system online.
I did a Google search and found the single axle version was available at Grantham's at a very competitive price and with free p&p.
I have used Grantham's before and again I found them to be excellent, easy to fond online what you are looking for and the ordering process is straightforward and simple.
They keep you updated on the progress of your order and when dispatched and the delivery was quick.
Very pleased with the service from start to finish and also my product which Royal Mail have just delivered.

Lock and level works a treat, the compressor is not so great lights come on but sometimes nothing comes out then will suddenly work nevertheless would recommend this site

Excellent product and quick delivery

Looking for a Part Ex deal on one of their vehicles. Didn't even want to look at my current vehicle, suggested I sell it privately. Not able to do any negotiating as they were clearly not interested. Some nice vans but a bit of a wasted journey.

Took our caravan here for service and never again. Received a call a day before collection with advisories, most of which we agreed to have done, which delayed collection. Again the day before collection I received a call to say that they were only just working on it but couldn't source a part, as I couldn't delay collection again I had to collect with work not done, as it was a seal I agreed for them to send it on and I would fit myself. 2 weeks later part still not arrived! After having spoken to people, this is not an isolated incident so we won't be back

Great service and communication

Initially when contacting Grantham's regarding the purchase of a touring caravan they replied and answered to queries quickly and efficiently even if a member of staff was out of the business and also followed my preferences method of communication. On viewing the caravan the salesman Chrstian got the sales pitch just right between selling us the caravan but not being pushy and gave us time to make a decsion he was also really honest about a couple of issues on the caravan from the start which was appreciated, also was honest if he didnt know the answer to something rather then usual salesman's patter which again we appreciated. After paying deposit it went downhill it seemed that Grantham's weren't interested in us and getting a handover date booked in, on paying deposit we was told 4 weeks. Felt if we didnt chase them nothing would happen on the sale. Eventually we got date booked in but felt we was the ones pushing it along and they would come up with excuses to keep putting it off. On handover the process was brilliant from the video I received from Gary on how everything worked, and also he answered questions i had confidently and honestly. I loved the video idea as I had a point of reference for anything I might forget in future. The part exchange on our van was excellent form Mark aswell despite a couple of issues on our 16 year old van the price agreed was honoured no questions asked. We had an issue with door lock on departure and as it was bank holiday no one was in the workshop was on hand to offer expert advice but Gary done his best to sort it out there and then.

I feel the biggest issue with this branch is it feels like they need a couple more staff members to make the sales process smoother.

I have used Grantham’s several times and each time it is first class service, you can check with them that the product is the correct one for your specific vehicle, the pricing is very competitive and delivery good . I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service,quick delivery

Granthams was the best online price for what I wanted to buy, they had it in stock (just like the website said) and the tracked delivery by Royal Mail was quick, nice and easy!
I had checked trustpilot for reviews before buying from them and it gave me the confidence to go ahead. Im leaving this review to keep their status at the 5 stars they deserve.
