I discovered grapple from the FBU team and they have been a God send. I was feeling very down, defeated and intimidated going through the whole experience of dealing with the employment Tribunal and not knowing anything about the law. The whole experience left me wanting to withdraw straight away as I couldn't get a solicitor to represent me due to the cost element, then I found grapple. They reassured me that my case had merit and gave me the confidence to pursue what what I knew to be a legitimate case.
