I was treated very badly by my employer, and it was not easy to even consider filing a claim for direct racial discrimination. I worked with Grapple Law for just two weeks, and after filing my ET1, my claim was accepted and served to the respondent within 12 hours. The Tribunal had no hesitation in accepting the claim. I strongly believe that without Grappled’s support, I would still be waiting for my claim to be acted upon and served.

Although at first I was extremely sceptical of using Grapple Law, it became very clear very quickly that it was an extremely capable system. What's more, unlike the conventional lawyer route, I could discuss legal matters at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and recieve answers and advice back within seconds. This saved much time, moved proceedings forward much quicker, and reduced overall persanal stress levels. I thoroughly recommend giving Grapple Law a try for any person with a legal matter within their remit, this before attempting the conventional, costly and often prolonged route of a conventional in-person lawyer. Grapple Law worked wonders for me, and I will not hesitate in reusing them again should the need arise.
