Product information was excellent; poor delivery
Product information was excellent; the product was ordered just after the cut-off for next day deliver, so should have arrived on the second day after order, but the delivery came 3 days later; the sack of seed had been dropped by front door, rather than placed, so the parcel was bent like a triangle and the cardboard packaging was broken.

Delivery very poor, or will it be delivered
Well unfortunately the next day delivery, on this occasion is a joke.
Or you’re using a very poor distributor!
My order was down for delivery 1/4/26, I saw the delivery vehicle on the track my order with in a couple of miles or so I thought.
Then delivery update for 2/4/26, I see the vehicle again within a mile or our home.
Again no delivery, I’m thinking what a joke.
Now I have a delivery date of Saturday the 4/4/26 so let’s see what happens, I’m sure the seed I ordered will need cutting before I plant it.
I’m not impressed.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after seeing the driver so close on multiple occasions and then having the delivery pushed back. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. From our side, the order was dispatched on time and we did everything we could to chase this with the courier and keep you updated throughout. We even re-sent your order and booked it on a Saturday delivery to ensure you received it over the Easter bank holiday. However,we understand this doesn’t make it any less disappointing for you.
We’ve fed this back to the courier as this clearly isn’t the level of service expected, and we’ll continue to push for improvements to avoid this happening again.
We really appreciate your patience while we worked to get this resolved, and we’re sorry the experience has left you feeling this way.

A very happy customer
I recently ordered some wildflower mix and some grass seed.
Although there was an admin problem, with an incorrect address - possibly my error anyway, the seed was delayed in arriving.
Tom, in customer services, soon found the problem and made a very generous compensation offer to make up for the inconvenience.
In life, mistakes will always happen, but rather than wasting time/energy pointing fingers, Tom sensibly found a solution and rectified it.
With quality after service like this, I would not hesitate recommending Grass seed online to others.
