I was very happy with the level of service from Graysons Solicitors. They kept me updated regularly on Legal matters and progression updates on App. The staff were very friendly and polite .
Their professionalism was very good and would highly recommend clients to use Graysons solicitors for their Legal matters.
Thank you Jessica and Amy for your support throughout to help me purchase the house.
I am a happy client

Great service and communication

Excellent service from start to finish.I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and handled my claim efficiently.
Everything was resolved much quicker than I expected!!!
Highly recommend.

I called the Chesterfield branch 6 times and the phone rings ,puts you on hold with music and then just hangs up on you. You've lost my business

A bit of a rocky start at the beginning but when my partner was appointed legal adviser James all has ran smoothly. Attention to detail explained the process in full and was very reassuringexcellent responses to all messages and phone calls. Excellent communication throughout the case. The claim has now been settled. Without the help guidance and advice received from James the claim would have failed,as we were bringing a case against a local authority. Thank you James for your patience and professionalism. Kind regards Alex

Highly recommend

Having started as a new business just two years ago with limited resources, they have consistently been easy to work with, maintaining clear communication and readily arranging meetings either in person or via Microsoft Teams as required.

They have handled all matters professionally, even when delays or issues arose due to errors on our side with documentation or life itself. What began as a straightforward document verification process evolved into support across other areas of our business, where they continued to provide valuable assistance over the past two years.

Based on our experience dealing with Mrs I Hilton who I belive is a Private Client Advisor for the firm. They will be our first point of contact for us in future for legal needs.

Laura and Emily at Grayson Solicitors were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
They handled my house purchase with ease, guiding me through every stage and always keeping me in the loop. As a first-time buyer, this made a huge difference and really helped me understand what was going on throughout the process.
They were both great at chasing things up and pushing everything along to help me complete as quickly as possible, while still making sure everything was in place and done properly.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone buying a house – they made the whole process so much easier.

Having decided I wished to purchase the freehold on my existing property I contacted Graysons in Sheffield. Caroline & Isabella liaised with the landlord and got all the necessary documentation completed.

It made the purchase simple from my perspective and enabled me to feel confident that all the legal aspects had been satisfied.

Keisha worked with me on a personal injury claim and despite the restaurant not taking any responsibility, she still pursued compensation and got it for me. She was calm, efficient, organised, very proactive and extremely communicative. I would highly recommend this company, particularly Keisha.

Graysons are very professional, very knowledgeable, understanding and treated me with dignity and respect
Got me justice

We chose Graysons because they were able to assist with our type of leasehold sale and were competitively priced.
The staff I dealt with (Caroline and Izzy) were very helpful and got back to me in a timely manner when I had any queries.
They were understanding when I was finding the sale quite stressful.
I would recommend these solicitors.

Graysons were amazingly supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout my journey, buying my 1st home. They use an app which was great and meant I could sign paperwork easily and quickly, making the purchase super easy! They were quick to update me with news and really worked hard to speed up the process of gaining my completion date! Would highly recommend!!

A relatively straightforward transfer took over 6 months. There were communication issues between Graysons & the management company, First Port. I had to find a contact number & chase the management company myself. I felt like nothing would get done unless I chased the solicitors at least twice a week. I called on numerous occasions, & never heard back from them. I’m very disappointed with the service I received & won’t be using Graysons again.

Service and helpful

I found the whole experience to be easy with no stress at all . I was always keep updating on what was going on . My lawyer gave me good advice on what to do and how to accept offers being made to me.

Very good service

I did not have to worry about anything. Had the same person dealing with my case from the beginning to the end , I just left it to him, he was very understanding, and very professional.
If ever I needed or friends needed professional help I would highly recommend.

Everything was great thank you

Very good service, always reliable and easy to work with, they helped me with everything I needed to know and didn’t know would highly recommend if you’re in need of a solicitor!
