Despite the upheaval caused by the pandemic, Kevin helped me secure a refinance on my Co-op apartment mortgage with an interest rate over 1% lower than my original mortgage, which will save a lot of money over time. The best part is that I was able to refinance and also keep the time equity I built up during my previous mortgage - meaning that I don't have to start over at "year zero."
