From first contact every thing went through smoothly.Our only worry was we live in a bungalow which is fully rendered and was bothered that when the holes were filled in they would show up badly but Alex assured us this would not be the case and true to his word where it's filled in you can hardly see it. All round excellent job by greenimprove

I have lived in my house for 25 years with only a coal fire with back boiler and 3 storage heaters, the storage heaters are very expensive to run so I only use one in my bedroom I only have hot water when my fire is on, so no hot water from April until October, my bathroom was so cold my shower used to freeze and break.
Now I have hot water on tap and will have heating in every room in winter.
I also have insulated walls so no more draughts.
I love my new fans and heaters in my bathroom and kitchen.
The workmen, worked extremely hard and did a brilliant job.
I will be forever grateful for all this and making my life so much better.

great experience, professional and fast moving.
scott did the vents, alex and lee did our insulation and matt capped a gas pipe off for us. all of these people were lovely and great to have over.

The outcome of the installation has made the house warmer and cheaper to heat.

Green Improve fitted internal insulation to original solid wall terraced house, cavity wall insulation to kitchen extension, 7 solar panels, and 6 radiators in 15 days for my father-in-law in Cumbria. This included working late and on bank holidays, to ensure he was not left without hot water at any point. They have also been back since completing the install to assist with setup / programming of the system.

Communications were excellent, and in his own words “ Truly amazed by the efficiency, organisation and skills of the entire process. GREEN IMPROVE, surpassed all my expectations. To have carried out the entire transformation in 15 days ,working Bank Holidays and staying to ensure I had hot water, I am left with a different house and a different life”.

Cannot fault Green Improve. I had airsource heat pump, new radiators and solar panels fitted. They were quick, tidy and left a tidy job. They worked round me and 2 kids in the house. 2 plumbers James and Sam were the main workers in the house who were very trust worthy workers and left them in house while I popped out. Everything was fully explained and 3 months later still very happy with the work. The electricians also brilliant Chris and Theo came back to fix a fault I had with not being able to access the control panels but they arrived withing a day or 2 of me calling. 5 star service and would 100% recommend.

Great company. Everyone we delt with was extremely professional polite and organised. Shannon in the office organised our survey with Yanni he arrived at our home exactly on time gave great advice and did a thorough inspection of the house.. he booked in our cavity insulation which went extremely well .. Shannon kept In touch before and after making sure everything went seamless. Which it did.. Shannon organised Theo the electrician to fit 2 extract fans and window vents again arrived exactly on time and did a great job.. very tidy and professional.. really fantastic people who do a great job with no fuss.. brilliant .. thank you everyone at Green improve

Fantastic Service.
I’ve just had solar panels, new storage heaters and downflow heaters fitted. The work carried out by Gavin, Chris, Liam and Graham I can only describe as outstanding. They are a great team who clearly take pride in their work and the ‘extra mile’ they have gone in resolving quite a few issues with the installation (caused by my ancient fusebox) is something that is, unfortunately, all too rare. They left half an hour ago and it was like they were never here. I’m bowled over by the work that they’ve done. I’d also highlight the excellent communication from Poppy at the Green Improve office who was patience personified in answering the many questions I had.

the 3 guys who installed my internal stud wall and insulation did a neat and efficient job and cleaned up after. Followed by Tommy who replaced the existing boiler with a new one and Theo who completed the contract by installing the extract fans in the kitchen and bathroom and again both guys did a n efficient job and
cleaned up after, all to my satisfaction.

Absolutely brilliant job this company completed I dealt with Shannon in the office.. the two guys that completed the work.. done an amazing job Gary & Anton.. It was messy but they certainly cleaned up after them.. They also helped me put things back together afterwards.. Highly recommend..

Just had Mike the electrician finish off our heating system. Did a great job clean, tidy, and with a pleasant - helpful attitude, it was a pleasure to have him in our house.

We got a complete new air pump heating system installed by Tommy and Matthew who were the plumbers, they made the trip up to sunny scotland. They worked tirelessly from 8am-8pm from Monday to Thursday. The level of professionalism was a credit to them, always smiling and very appreciative for the cups of coffee. They tidied up at the end of every work day which was helpful. Theo and Scott who were the electricians then came in to finalise everything were very throurou and took the time to explain how everything worked and what to do incase of a fault. Again they were both really pleasant and respectful. We couldn't have asked for a better team of tradesmen.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were first class. I'm so encouraged to see a British company delivering such great service.
I was a sceptic of the ECO4 Government energy scheme. I had had a bad experience with other less scrupulous contractors in the past.
However, I can honestly say the team that managed the planning, installation and support of my heat pump, insulation and ventilation project took me from a freezing cold, damp home to a warm and energy manageable situation - did a grand job.
Matt, Sam, Matt, Scott, Theo & Poppy were always there to explain the plan in layman's terms and took the time to show me and answer my many many questions. I felt they wanted me to understand and be comfortable with all aspects of the project.

I'd also like to thank Charlie Flavell from Eco-Logical Sensible Energy Solutions who did not give me the hard sell I had experienced elsewhere but helped me through this somewhat daunting journey at my pace.

It is hard when your home will be disrupted in every room as its your safe place and you don't want noise, mess and disorganization but it is manageable if contractors give you consideration & respect and my experience with this company is they do do that.

We had Theo, John, Sam and Jay that have installed central heating into the property in just a few days.

They were all very hard working and friendly. We have a very energetic dog that's excitable and they kindly worked around him without fuss.

We were informed about each stage of the work and given a walk-through of the boiler and thermostat including the smart app.
