Greenvision recently replaced the old [vintage 1995] storage heaters in three flats that I rent out. They have done a good job all round, and I think theirr selling point for is that they take on the complete job, survey, complete installation, including any electrical wiring work and the EPC's.  They were not the cheapest, but were the only company who offered the whole package. 
The installations have been carried out promptly and tidily with almost no re-decoration work needed.  OK all round.

After having new Dimplex quantum heaters fitted it was decided that our consumer unit needed to be updated.so we arranged for Greenvision to come back and fit the new unit.The whole operation was carried out quickly and efficiently by Jack who cleared up and hoovered before signing off !We would highly recommend.

We contacted Greenvision after seeing them listed as an EDF partner.

After a virtual survey in early October (via phone then FaceTime), Paul provided a spec and quote for replacing our Nobo panel heaters with Smartcore ceramic core radiators. The new spec included design improvements, such as replacing a horizontal radiator with a vertical one and repositioning one of our radiators.

Adam attended at the end of the October to complete the installation. This was done in a very organised, systematic and tidy manner. He helped us to get all the radiators up and running with the mobile app.

Greenvision are probably not the cheapest option, but they certainly know their stuff and they provide an extremely stressfree experience. So pleased to have this all sorted before the winter chill sets in!

I ordered a radiator which was supposed to arrive the following day, but it didn't and I only found out when I asked about it.
When the radiator arrived, it was damaged.

My experience with this company from my initial contact with the sales team, through to the consultation process with a home survey and ongoing communication from the support team and finally through to the installation of 5 DImplex quantum storage heaters has been excellent in my opinion. I am also really pleased with the functionality of the quantum heaters which are a great improvement on my old storage heaters.

The Quantum RF's we had fitted so professionally are terrific products, we felt the difference in our rooms as soon as they had come on the next morning. Our installers arrived on time and set about dismantling and removing our old storage heaters straight away. They fitted and wired the new Quantum heaters without causing us any unnecessary disruption.

Once fitted they instructed us on how to use them, as well as helping us set up the app on our phones, and advised we left the heaters on the settings they had made for 48 hours to allow them to settle in properly. Once they had completely finished they ensured our house was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed before they went on to their new job.

We would not hesitate to recommend Greenvision and their contractors to others after this amazing service.

A one stop shop for me. They handle everything. From measuring, recommending, suggesting and finishing the job. Tidying up. Removing old heaters and packaging. Also ensuring all is safe to leave. How to use and operate..filling in warranty etcs. great heaters..

They had good knowledge of and experience with the Dimplex range of storage heaters, they held the heaters in stock, they installed within 2 weeks from the initial contact, they provided quotes over the phone which were accurate (subject to survey), they offered a virtual survey where using Whatsapp video on my phone I showed them the areas for installation, the meter and the consumer unit, they installed on the promised date and were clean and tidy.

From first contact to installation I had a very positive experience. During the sales process I got great advice around impacts of various heating systems, as a result I chose the Dimplex system. All communication leading up to installation it was professional, frequent and helpful. Installation was done in 1 day, arrived on time, very professional, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Greenvision. Everyone I have dealt with knew what they were doing, was a efficient, friendly and professional.

The heater works really well
Overpriced as I was charged over £1700 when I found out later I could have bought it for around £900 and got a local electrician to install it £200
The estimate quoted free Dimplex hub if purchased this month when asked about it I was told I needed to buy 2 even though this was not on the quote

From the first phone call with Paul to the installation by the engineer, the whole experience has been fantastic. Everyone is helpful, polite, knowledgeable- customer service at its best. A special mention to the engineer who installed modern heaters into an old home with its challenges - he really was brilliant. The Quantum storage heaters are excellent- they have made such a difference to our home. Thankyou Greenvision.

Good effective heaters, installation team very good, hardworking and knowledgeable. Only negative was that it took over a week to collect and dispose of the old heaters.

Greenvision staff were very helpful, they took time to explain everything and the job was completed quickly. The fitters were brilliant, managed to remove old storage heaters & install new ones with no damage to our floors which we were fully expecting. They cleaned up after themselves & the whole installation was completed with minimum disruption. Would highly recommend this company.

Dimplex Quantum HHR Storage heater, although on paper look good and efficient. I am not very happy, I feel the cold so I either have heat one day or none the next. I understand if my flat reaches a certain temperature the heat doesn’t come on but I have no stored heat the next day if it’s cold. I have them on the timer so I am very conscious not to use all the heat up.
I am very disappointed. I am now looking for another heating system. I’ve only had these for 2 years didn’t think I would change them so soon.

I just want to thank Greenvision calling me back on 23/10/2024 after the 2 years of me having the storage heaters. I sent photos of my storage heating readings which they checked and also with Dimplex. Although nothing wrong with the storage heaters. My problem couldn't be resolved. It's no reflection on Greenvision or Dimplex the storage heater is not really compatible with me, I just feel the cold and expected some heat every day. I thank Greenvision for getting in contact and looking into this.

After our initial enquiry the sales staff were a bit pushy, but I guess that's their job. Once we decided to install new heaters, the service from Greenvision has been outstanding, from arranging quotes and install dates to the engineers who were polite, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Out new Dimplex heaters are excellent, and making use of low night-time tarrifs is already saving us money. Overall highly satisfied with both the service and the product.
