Ordering Groundsure reports is a very simple process, and all the information that I require is very easy to locate. The speed at which the reports are sent back to you also is very quick.

Used Groundsure yesterday for the first time, after talking to one of the very helpful staff, to set up an account.

I was impressed how intuitive the interface was, and how quick it was to find the site I was interested in, pick the area I required, and down load the file.

A simple login with a no nonsense approach allowed me to aquire the appropriate products & add relevant detail for local government planning & building control purposes in one easy low cost visit

The report displayed most of the relevant information I was after for the purpose it satisfied (for a desk study), in particular the section relating to site history.
There were a few sections I was after that were not included within the report - mining and mineral sites, hazardous substances, pollution prevention and control facilities and soil geochemistry.
I liked the fact the reports were separated according to category/content.
Regardless, I found the information very useful and the layout easy to use (especially the tables summarising the data on site and within 500m, which were of use for the desk study).

The check out service has significantly improved following the last website revamp. The customer service is friendly and responsive, ready to do bespoked quotes if needed. This is now our provider of choice for desk studies.

As a firm of architects we are constantly requiring OS mapping for site layouts in our CAD modelling. We have found Groundsure Insights to be excellent value.

Second report from Groundsure and so far so good. Takes a little time to generate reports but otherwise the information seems accurate. Cheaper than the main rivals.

Could do with clear indication of formats of each parcel of information, so that it can be assessed whether the downloaded package can be fully accessed.

I have had very positive experiences with Groundsure, who have provided me with high-level data search reports. I sometimes have difficulty uploading shape files onto the Groundsure interface, but apart from this the service is great. I have recommended them to a number of my colleagues.
