Amazing!
I had never been to WA but was tasked with the logistics of a workshop for 34 people in Northam. Group transport made the entire experience seamless. The communication, punctuality and kindness was just beyond. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Very prompt
Very prompt, reasonable quote and matched price. Great service.
Bashier was an expert. While every other driver was slipping on the ice roads he held the 25 seater steady.
He was genuinely a pleasure. Very accomodating. The only issue was the radio wasn’t great, but that didn’t phase us.

We booked GTA for a corporate group of travelers over a 3-day visit to Sydney. Very happy with the service, the driver was always early and also accommodating when we had some late flight arrivals, etc. Highly recommend.

Driver to destination was friendly and accommodating.
Driver back told me if we were more than 10mins late, we would have to find out own way back. No flexibility to finish drinks or game.

With regards to the driver for the return journey, the reason he could not delay the departure time was because he had another journey to carry out after your journey.
Drivers are always as flexible as possible, but in this instance he had other commitments to carry out following your journey.

We booked GTA to assist with guest transport for our Sydney wedding
We booked GTA to assist with transporting guests from the ceremony to the reception at our wedding. We had a fantastic experience with a wonderful driver who did two trips ferrying guests and went out of his way to park on the other side of the road on a bridge (which required driving across the bridge, up a hill and around a roundabout, then back down the hill and over the bridge) to minimise how long we had to walk to the venue in torrential rain! We thought it was great value for money and really easy to book. Thank you!!!!

Group Booking - Sydney
We utilised Group Transport Australia for numerous trips over a weekend for a large group. Employing Group Transport Australia for all of our travel requirements made navigating Sydney incredibly convenient and efficient. The booking process and communication from Paul and Dan was transparent and timely and our drivers Jason and David were punctual and easy to deal with.

A great experience
Our trip to Blue Mountains was seamless because of GTA. They pick up and drop off on time and always arrive at the venue early. As well as that, organising the trip with GTA was so easy and their customer service was great. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great & reliable transport service
We had a great experience with Group Transport Australia. Paul, with whom we communicated via email for the booking, was very professional, prompt to respond and of great assistance.
The bus we booked was waiting for us on location. It was clean, comfortable and the driver was perfect.

Stress-free, reliable and professional transport
We were very happy with our Probus Club tour booked through Group Transport. Paul was responsive, helpful and accommodating with our booking. The bus exceeded our expectations for comfort and quality, and our driver was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Bus was clean and very comfortable. Easy to arrange transport, and price was reasonable.

Driver provided wrong address by Group Booking Australia
Driver provided wrong address. Driver blamed Group Booking Australia for providing wrong address. Both Group Booking Australia and Driver would not answer phone. Eventually Driver worked out error. Group Booking Australia tried blaming us and Driver for wrong address but email confirmation from Group Booking had correct address when they finally called back. Bus was 20 minutes late in the end with 40 stressed Year 12 kids wanting to get to graduation.
Worst part of experience was Group Booking Australia blaming everyone else for their error and not taking any responsibility for passing on the incorrect address to their sub contractor and no one answering their phone. If anyone had answered a call or text, there would have been no major issue.

Highly recommend
We booked airport transfers for several of our staff attending a conference in Melbourne. From the very first enquiry, Paul was quick to respond with a quote and he then communicated with us along every step of the way. The driver was on time and friendly too. Consistently positive experiences
Second time I’ve used group transport Aus for a hens. Communication is always very clear and prompt. Has Aux to play music, driver Darren was friendly and on time. Competitively priced amoung other companies also.
