The phone call was great, and Debra was helpful. She did say she was getting with her supervisor to answer a question I had, that was on 8/17. Still waiting on a response.

This was the worst company i've ever…
This was the worst company i've ever worked with. I decided to try them out a few years ago. Got my debt down to $2400 left. I decided to pay it off, but the next month, they decide to charge me another $283.00. I didn't see it until the next day because I thought I had him paid off and I looked at my account and I was $-161.00 in my account, so I decided to call him up. They gave me the run round. They said, oh, we have to do this. And this and this and we will put the money back in and I will see if we can pay the late fee of$25.00. So now it's been a week and they still didn't put the money in this account. This the worst company to go through. They will rob you blind, they will take care of your debts but they will add up all your debts and make sure that you pay back every cent. Plus lawyer fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AND IF YOU DO GETTING IN WRITING THAT ONCE THEY PAY OFF ONE OF YOUR DEBTS, IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE THAT YOU'RE DONE ONCE YOU'VE PAID OFF ALL YOUR DEBTS, AND THEY DON'T ROB YOU BLIND. I will never go through this company again. And I advise everybody not to, because they're a bunch of liars. There's no way they got even any 5 star reviews. I'm pretty sure they paid those people off.

I really like my contact advisor
I really like my contact advisor! He has been amazing through all this. Calming me down when I got nervous. Explains everything in a way I understand. I only gave 4 stars because I don't generally give 5 stars and the length of time it takes to gett settlement resolutions seems to take forever but not unhappy so far. I would recommend to anyone looking to lower their debt while helping rebuild your credit.
