From the start they don't explain the…
From the start they don't explain the process well. Then they make it look like they are making great settlements. However, your account is just accruing interest and everything goes into default. So the amount "saved" in these "great" settlements are the interest that is accrued while your credit score goes down. I have tracked it all in a spreadsheet and it is just ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this program.

Excellent communication!! Explained the whole process thoroughly in a way I could understand. I am feeling much less stress now that many of my accounts have been settled!! I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with their finances.

You guys are fulfilling your promises and it’s taking several years, but you are dealing with my creditors one by one knocking them out which I appreciate. What I don’t appreciate is I didn’t realize that you guys are taking 33% of everything I pay, but I guess it is what it is and we are making progress!

BAD Choice
This debt consolidation process is the WORST decision I've EVER MADE IN MY LIFE! I've been in this process about 4 years. They dont reach out to the companies, so some will end up suing while you're still paying Huron to fight for you by eliminating that debt. Its horrible! I had 100% payment history before this program. I simply wanted to clear debt faster. I didn't want legal issues.
