Confused
I was called about a new offer and was told it would increase my monthly payout by 250 a month. I accepted that offer. Then I was called and told, no, it would only raise my monthly by about 25 dollars, so my monthly payment would be 430 something. I said okay again. Then the next day I received a call that on top of my 407 monthly, they wanted 450 more for the next 7-8 months. That would be over 3,000 for an offer settlement 1,700. What are ya’ll doing?

Screwed
Where do I begin. I paid for legal services that I was not aware of for 6 months. Of course no refund. I stopped them once I found out I was paying for something I never used. Throughout the program I never missed a payment and paid it off 9 months early. At least I thought so. After I waited 4 days for the remaining amount I owed. I ended up over paying. But the contract was fulfilled. But next month the took money out of my account. And the next month. They did refund my account minus 50$ bank fees. They screwed me out 50$ for their mistake because it’s not in their policy to pay bank fees. Even though it’s their mistake. Graduation. Joke. Customer service needs help. They are so nice on the phone but they are like robots. So if you read this before you sign their contract, choose someone else.

GRTs job us to raise my credit score, not torpedo it
Well my review would have been higher but one of my bills was pulled from GRT and turned into a court case. Naturally I lost as I knew nothing about this. It is GRTs responsibility to make sure things like this don't happen. As I literally just found out about it a nd have been running to doctors over swollen legs I've been dealing with me health. BUT GRT should have let me know this was happening. After all, the consolidated all my credit card debt. Nothing should have ended up in court. Especially with a judgement against we. It appears that GRT isn't doing their job. I will turn this back over to them this week but with a lien my credit is fried. I won't list the number but this has driven it Into the low 500s! I was doing business with them the raise my credit score, not kill it
