As many already stated here the ring doesn’t work. It doesn’t track heartbeat or bloodoxygen. The training part is a joke that measures everything completely wrong. The period tracker… it’s not editable so it’s just completely wrong.
In the end I just used it to track my sleep since that was the only future that was working okay but it tracks from you lay down so normally it said that I slept for two more hours per night more than I did.
In the end I got a nasty rash from it and stopped using it all together. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Also it took me months to get it in the first place since I had to change size.
Don’t buy it!!

Har använt ringen i ett halvår. Mäter sömn på ett märkligt sätt, visar sömn när jag varit vaken men suttit stilla. (Så låg vilopuls har jag inte). Appen har de senaste två veckorna börjat krascha (har en uppdaterad Samsung och uppdaterad app), och nu går det inte ens öppna appen. Så med det sagt är ringen inte längre användbar.

Snabb leverans och prisvärd produkt.
Enkel att komma igång med och använda .
Det enda jag saknar är instruktioner på svenska hur man tolkar de olika mätningarna .
Bra support via mail.
Saknar även möjlighet att ringa kundtjänst /support.

The ease of use of their website is brilliant. Many companies try to assist you in filling out details during the order by quickly populating your name/address/phone number by pulling that information from your phone. Haale is the first website I've ever encountered that got it 100% correct.
The fact that I can track my order in my Apple Wallet is also a nice touch. I don't think I've come across another company that does that.

The ring itself is stylish and feels good on my finger. However the blood oxygen and sleeptracking features does not work. I have used it for a week and it won’t start measuring these two features.

When you ask customer service for help, they keep replying with the same technical steps that leads you nowhere.
Just a bad experience and waste of money…

Not really a recommendation. I wanted to try a cheaper version of a smartring, before buying the expensive brand, just to try out if a smartring is a good idea for me or not. I've tried it for 2 weeks now and this one is really NOT as good as I hoped for.As the other one said, the battery last max. for 2 days. It disconnects over night and the next morning I have to turn off the bluethooth and reconnect everything. Also the sleep- heart rate and bloodoxigen recording is not exactly at all. You can't even see how high or low it was, there's only a diagram where you can see it was close to this or that. I could have bought a cheap 30€ version from Amazon, if I had known that the quality is that bad. Also the sizing is really not that good. 10was too small, 12 is a bit too big and they don't offer an 11. So the size range is also something to improve. I also didn't really see on their website what they'll gonna do with all the information. However. If you're planning on getting a smartring, get a way cheaper one or a way more expensive one. Haalering is not a recommendation at all.

This is just a cheap product from Ali Express with its own app. (I found it there after buying it for a fraction of the price after reading about it online).

The battery lasts for a maximum of 2 days, and the ring does not track active calories or steps. It does track sleep, but that's all.

I initially planned to replace my OURA ring with this product, but that's not happening.

I tried to address the problem with Haale, and they asked me to send it back, but I had to cover the costs myself. This also included customs duties since I don't live in Sweden. It ended up being more expensive than the ring itself.

This feels like a scam. Dont buy.
