Extremely Disappointed With Customer Service
I purchased a wig from HairCube and experienced issues with the product. It took several attempts reaching out to customer service before I received any response. When I did, I was offered a partial refund and told it would be processed right away.
Unfortunately, this has now been an ongoing matter for several weeks. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have not received the refund or any further response.
While I initially appreciated the resolution offered, the overall lack of communication and follow-through has been very disappointing. Unfortunately it appears this situations will only be resolved by escalating it through other means.
