I appreciated that honesty more than a sales pitch. Kit arrived in three days, results in nine. Emails answered next morning. No pressure afterward.

For the customer it's not really possible to trust the companies claims, with the info provided by them. On the website you only can check the GHK-Cu certificate of analysis(coa). Upon request I received the COA for AHK-Cu. Problematicle with the AHK-Cu COA is that it runs out end of this year and I purchased the product 1st october which means they basically already sell expired products. I also assume here that they received the COAs just from their peptide provider and never tested the powders themselves.
Transparent and trustable would be if they test their peptides themselves after receiving them from their supplier and also test their final product on ingredients and concentrations so the costumer has a a clear and trustable overview.

I was charged an additional 50% tariff/tax after my product was delivered. After I emailed a complaint, Hairgenetix replied that the notice for tariff charge to customer is in the fine print. Be mindful of what the shipping carrier can charge you after the purchase and delivery is complete.m

I ordered three Stamp Set 1 Month kits from Hairgenetix. The site presents the brand as Netherlands-based and shipping from the Netherlands. Nowhere at checkout or on the product pages does it say the goods are made in China. Customs and FedEx paperwork on my shipment listed country of origin as China. Weeks after delivery I got a past-due FedEx demand for $78.23 in U.S. import duty and courier fees on top of what I already paid. Hairgenetix pointed me to a FAQ/Terms checkbox and refused to cover it.
If you are in the United States, the price on the site is not the true cost. Duty is billed later by FedEx. Because the product is Chinese-origin, extra U.S. tariffs can apply even though the package ships from Holland.
The product itself: I did not notice a difference. Instructions for use are thin and poorly written. Not enough guidance on how often to stamp, how to use the serum with the device, or what to expect. For the price, that is unacceptable.
Support answered the duty complaint and stopped there. US buyers should add customs on top of the cart total and not assume a Dutch website means EU-made goods.

Delivery was fast, but not happy getting a $38.88 bill from FedEx at the end of the month. I like the feel of the product on my scalp, more absorbing then other serums. Will keep you posted on results. :-)

One thing I really like about this serum is how comfortable it feels on the scalp. It absorbs quickly, and I don't have to worry about sticky residue after applying it.

No idea if the product is as they claim. Seems to be a popular product and yet they’ve hardly invested into verifying their claims of 10% ghkcu and 5 % ahkcu. All they have is the COA for the raw material of ghkcu. No COA for the ahkcu but more importantly no test results for the actual potency of the final product (the actual serum)! Your claim of such high percentages seems quite unlikely but if it’s true then at the very least have the final product tested so your customers can actually see the verified percentages! A company such as yours should be willing to spend the money on theses tests!

Read all the print and be prepared to pay an extra $75 Fed Ex for port fees after delivery if delivering in the US!!

I live in the United States and purchased 3 bottles of GHK Copper peptides for US Approximately $150.00 with shipping. the order has been held up in customs for 1 month.
I tried to reach a representative by phone and it goes right to a busy signal. They did answer one of my text through the help center on their website, Saying "hope it arrives soon", 3 weeks ago. Just texted again asking for a refund. I will update this post when a refund or dispute has occurred.

Be Ware - Don't buy from this company? I have never received my order. I've emailed their support 3 times. I have never gotten a response back. I used their chat feature, and the AI bot said I needed to speak with a human. No human ever came on the Chat window. I'm out $365, and no one from Hairgenetix has responded to my emails or chat messages. There is no other way to reach this company. This company is a scam.

Van te voren was ik wat sceptisch, maar heb de gok toch gewaagd. Na een maand kan ik zeggen dat ik echt verbetering zie! Mijn haar ziet wat voller. Ben er zo blij mee!! Ik vind het een review waard. Wat ik ook fijn vind is dat het niet vettig/plakkerig is. Zo kan ik gewoon mijn normale wasroutine aanhouden (1x per week wassen).

Na een lange zoektocht uitgekomen bij dit bedrijf om voor mijn man producten te bestellen om zijn haaruitval/kaalheid tegen te gaan. Mooie site met duidelijke informatie.

Mijn man is erg tevreden. De pen is makkelijk in gebruik, het kost niet veel tijd en je voelt de naalden bijna niet.
Twee weken geleden begonnen en in afwachting van het resultaat.

Nette behandeling, snelle levering en meer dan voldoende informatie over het product en de toepassing.

Na een moeilijke periode heb ik veel last van haaruitval gehad. Omdat ik mn haar weer wat voller wil proberen te krijgen, leek mij microneedling in combinatie met n serum de beste aanpak. Ik gebruikte al naar tevredenheid koperpeptide als gezichtsserum, dus t was logisch om mn haar ook op deze manier een boost te geven. Ik was wel benieuwd hoe de naaldjes zouden voelen, maar dit valt alles mee.
Mn bestelling is netjes en snel geleverd. Het is nog te vroeg om enorme resultaten te zien, maar mn hoofdhuid voelt goed en gezond en mn haar ook. Ik denk iedere keer dat ik al kleine babyhaartjes begin te zien (of het zou ook mijn enthousiasme kunnen zijn)!! T voelt in ieder geval goed, dus ben tevreden en ik ga zeker door!

Ik heb goede ervaring met microneedling voor mijn haaruitval. Het is even wennen, maar goed te doen en het werkt echt goed.

Ik heb het Haargroeipakket van Hairgenetix gekocht en na dit een aantal weken gebruikt te hebben zie ik dat mn haargroei verbeterd is. Mijn haar lijkt voller en het voelt gezonder.
De Pen werkt eenvoudig en in combinatie met de druppels en de capsules heb ik echt het gevoel dat het op meerdere manieren stimuleerd is.

Ik had toen ik jonger was een dikke bos krullen maar helaas bij een zekere leeftijd dunner geworden. Als vrouw blijf je ijdel dus het hele pakket besteld en begonnen met de behandeling. Het is nog pril maar ik zie na ongeveer een maand al verbetering en ben benieuwd naar de volgende maand. Overigens snelle levering en goed verpakt.
