Jacqueline was fantastic!

Jacqueline was amazing to interact with. She was thoughtful and made sure to take care of everything for me during my exchange process. She was even able to locate the same bracelet in a larger size even though I couldn’t find it on the website. I will definitely be coming back for my gifts. Thank you Jacqueline!!!

I had a minor "cosmetic" request which meant a lot to me but I could see it might seem trivial to customer services. Jamie got on to it straightaway and sent me what I wanted immediately without a quibble.

When corresponding with Jacqueline in Customer Service, I was informed in a timely manner, as to why my order had not been fulfilled and I was assured that she was doing all on her end, to expedite it. When unfortunately the item was no longer available, Jacqueline went above and beyond to find and offer a replacement that was similar, at a discount. I was touched by Jacqueline's efforts on my behalf. My experience with other companies when an order wasn't filled, has been an impersonal dismissal, that an item was out of stock. But not Jacqueline!

Excellent service! Ordered enamel box and delivered within 3 days to Canada. Very good sale of which I took advantage. Beautiful enamel box packaged in lovely classic blue box to add to my collection.

My friend loves Halcyon Days enamel boxes and has bought several for me to mark special occasions. Thus, it seemed like the perfect gift to mark her special birthday. I looked online and found a box that I thought she would love. The opportunity to personalise the box with a message confirmed my choice.
When the present arrived gift-wrapped, she was surprised as I hadn't told her what I had done. She loves it and sent me photos of the gift saying she will treasure it.

For each of my sister’s grandchildren I get her a personalized box from Haycon Days with the baby’s initials and date of birth. It is now a tradition and very special to us. She proudly displays them! This time I realized I had not included the date in my order. I panicked but customer service was wonderful!! They ensured that the product was done correctly and the new baby’s unique box is perfect. 😍 I was beyond upset when I realized my mistake, and they made it another special occasion. Thank you!

Christmas Box ordered in October. Only when I chased was told it had been shipped on 6th December. It didn’t arrive. Was then told due to illness and supply chain issues in the factory would be sent out on 18th. Still didn’t arrive. I chased again yesterday, no explanation but told was being despatched immediately to arrive today. Not surprisingly still no sign.
I have been a customer for 37 years, clearly counts for nothing. If I could give a zero rating I would.

So disappointed. I placed an order on 18th October - a special christening present for my grandson. I was aware there was a lead time of a few weeks but it has still not arrived! After messaging customer services I was told they would look into it and contact me but they haven't. The only phone number is for this same lady at customer services which goes straight to voicemail and and she does not return calls. I still do not have my gift and they have my money. Apalling service!!!

Very high quality products , I’m always extremely happy with my purchases.
However for some reason I am unable to order directly from the company to the Isle of Man.
Please Halcyon Days can you sort this issue ?
But Jacqueline from customer services was excellent and managed to source and send my boxes to me.

A family tradition as mum loved Christmas
I bought some Christmas baubles for my family. our mum loved Christmas and collected Christmas Baubles all her life .
The baubles are absolutely stunning. They are beautifully decorated and well presented in stunning boxes . A real collectors item , something to be treasured and passed down to future generations.
The baubles were promptly shipped and well packed

Christmas Box 2024 Jacqueline was extremely helpful. She was able to find a way to ship to Canada, when shipping was not available. She also was willing to hold the box till I returned from a month out of the country. I have been collecting the Christmas Boxes since 1982.

I ordered the Salamander bangle for my best friends 60th birthday today. I paid for the gift wrapping and as I was going on holiday arranged for the delivery to go to my neighbour. When I returned from holiday I collected the package and went to my friends birthday gathering.
I felt so embarrassed and upset when she opened the gift to discover it was a scarf!!!

The email address on their website and the contact form returns an undelivered message. They don’t answer their phones or they are engaged.

I’m hopeful that this review will prompt a reply and a remedy to this embarrassing and extremely disappointing event.

This review didn’t generate a prompt response from Jackie, who was excellent and has taken immediate action to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.

Need to change a delivery, and Jacqueline of Halcyon Days could not have been more helpful. She exemplified excellent customer service.

Needless to say, the gifts I purchased are truly beautiful and unique and represent great value for money.

I received a pair of beautiful coloured enamel bangles for Christmas and one of them became tarnished for some reason after only a few wearing. The other one has remained in perfect condition. Right from the start of my communication with Halcyon Days they were so helpful and gave me instructions throughout the process of returning it to them for repair. I received it back in beautiful condition at no cost to me. In addition, they were courteous throughout our communication. I won’t hesitate to shop with them again and tell my friends how helpful they were.

Great customer service. Very responsive and efficient. I had returned a bangle for another colour that would not be available for some time, and the options were communicated very clearly.

Ordered and paid for a bangle for a gift. It’s been two weeks and no news of the bangle despite emailing customer service several times already. Quite terrible customer service for the price of the item. I appreciate that some items of jewellery require extra time etc but would have liked to have been aware of this when ordering and also kept in the loop about progress of order. As yet, nothing!
Edit: 24th Sept… Company reached out to me today (maybe from me posting here?) I have now been informed, the item is out of stock and not back until November! Truly unbelievable that you can place and pay for an order (with no mention of stock shortages or delays) and then find out two weeks after paying that it won’t be available until November?
Awaiting a full refund, let’s hope that is much quicker at arriving!
Apologies for the rant, just disappointed in this company and have now lost confidence to use them again.

My Halcyon Days experience was wonderful - the person I worked with was amazingly helpful! I was looking for something perfect for a gift and she responded quickly and professionally and helped me get the perfect item ordered. I can't wait to receive my order! Thank you!
