I've had bad experiences in the past…

I've had bad experiences in the past when ordering online, however my Halipax order from start to receiving the 'Cervical Care Device' fulfilled my expectation.

Poor service and communication

Still have not received the product after 25 days. And the tracking number and link takes me to a useless site with no English communication .

We’re sorry for the frustration and the difficulty using the tracking page. Your order was placed on September 5 and remains within our stated international delivery timeframe. Shipping to South Africa can take longer than to other destinations due to customs clearance and local delivery processing.

The latest tracking update, dated September 30, shows your package is out for delivery with the local courier in Pretoria. We have been providing updates and are happy to clarify the tracking information.

comfortable way to stretch neck

The device is a comfortable way to stretch my neck but only the heating function works. I can not get the vibration function to work. I also turned off the voice because is was very loud and now I am unable to turn it back on.

Lousy piece of plastic

Lousy piece of plastic. It made my neck issues worse. Threw it into the trash.
