Great delivery time of good quality lenses as they don’t hurt my eyes and are easy to use. They also come with a little kit to help with application and storage! Even better that I got them on sale! Will definitely purchase from here again.

Good service but couldn’t see through the lenses
Postage and service was great but I ordered the white contact lenses and based on the description I knew the vision would be “foggy” but I literally couldn’t see anything and was completely blind with them on. I wore them for 10 minutes to get photos and unfortunately threw them out.

Excellent Communication and Refund Process
This company is extremely good with communication.
I unfortunately had a faulty set of contacts - and was immediately offered the chance to refund / or exchange.
In addition to this, the communication has been very clear, as well as delivery being impeccable.
I'm very eager to get my next pair of contacts :)

Damaged package
Very luckily package arrived with contents still in it as package had been completely ripped open. Not sure how or why but contact lenses were visible in damaged packaging

Great product and customer service!
I made a mistake with my order, accidentally ordering 1-day contacts instead of 1 month, and they were quick to assist me and provide me with options. Excited to see the product it will be well worth it to complete my Halloween look!

Great contacts for a first time user. They were very thin so they would become misaligned a lot, but eventually they'll recenter.
