Pasaron 69 días para que este broker me devolviera mis fondos, disminuidos en 85$, y luego de montarles un seguimiento riguroso, lo cual fue la manera que ellos enviaran correos de respuesta a cada seguimiento que les hacía.
En este tipo de actividad, la confianza y la oportunidad de respuesta es clave para sostener el sistema.
Además de la forma inapropiada y discriminatoria con la cual me solicitaron retirar mis fondos, por el simple hecho de vivir en Venezuela.
Lo mas cumbre es que depositaron el saldo en la cuenta que inicialmente les había indicado en el mes de Enero 2025 y que ellos rechazaron por cuanto no era la cuenta desde donde hice el primer deposito, luego de los 69 días de full seguimiento. Tengo una bitacora de correos e interacciones que muestran el detalle, que con gusto los comparto

I wish I could take down my previous review as since I wrote it things have become drastically worse.
The payments provider they use is worse than useless and despite using my bank's verification code on 2 occasions the payment system wouldn't accept payment.
To add insult to injury, my account with Hapi has been suspended for a second time and I now can't make use of any of my discount vouchers that I had managed to buy previously until they return to work on Monday. A cinema trip with a 25% discount would have been a nice treat for my daughter but that's not going to happen now! The Costa discount I was going to use now can't be accessed for my friends visit at the weekend ( BTW they only come down a couple of times a year and it would have been nice to treat them)

I was advised by the lovely Kirsty that my payments were being rejected because of a discrepancy (numerical) in the first line of my address! I LIVE IN A VILLAGE, MY HOUSE IS NAMED NOT NUMBERED AND THERE IS NO STREET NAME either!
It's ridiculous that in these times of austerity one company would take the money of another for a service that cannot be accessed. This benefits scheme should be so brilliant for everyone but it's caused nothing but stress and upset for the past two weeks. I have spent hours on the phone to them and I'm no further forward.
To say I'm fuming is an understatement, seriously considering reporting to trading standards and the FSA for false advertising!

Disgraceful Service & Liars
Shocking Company - Applied for the Cycle2Work scheme back in January, Everything was approved however 3 weeks on had not received my LOC. I contacted Hapi who gave me a Number for Halfords as my application had been “Sent Over” - Halfords had no records of this. I chased Hapi again who said their manager had sent my application directly to a manager at Halfords and would be dealt with in the next couple of days… Guess what? Still nothing. Again I contacted Hapi & Halfords and still no further forward. It’s now 3 months in and no change in my situation. I would advise you to just save and buy a bike or whatever you want rather than use this platform. For the length of time I’m waiting I could of bought 2!
