Lauren was very clear and concise in her presentation. Explained all the benefits really well

Could give zero stars if it was possible, took insurance from this company at my workplace, from very beginning there was always problem when I try to make claim, when I was eligible it took long fight to get the money from the claim, they will always find excuse not to pay but they were happy to take £120 of the wages every month, other companies offer same benefits for £50 Never again
