Good quality, the child likes to look at the pictures and touch them.

Sorted my query promptly. Fast delivery. Highly recommend this baby website. Beautiful items.

The product is beautiful and the pattern is very warm. Adds character to my children's bed. Also does the job, protects their heads from bumping against the hard wood. Better nights sleep for babies (and mama!).

Not used the cot sheets yet but they are very soft. The ordering process was easy and the delivery swift.

My parcel was never delivered

Hassle free purchase and quick delivery

As many other people have said, absolutely horredous customer service. Ordered a maternity pillow which was supposed to have great support but was filled with such poor hollow fibre that it was flattened with even the slightest weight on it, needless to say completely unsupportive and not fit for purpose. Contacted the company due to the item being not as described and requested a return label only to be met with thier sales figures! As if that mitigated my issues! Really condescending, really rude, really unhelpful from then on, fighting not to provide a label which would cost a few quid and knowing the issues and that they were best suited to know which courier to use given the size etc. I would have bought other items but would never shop with them now and would not recommend them to anyone either. Its the principal of it. And all over the cost of a postage label. They clearly have no idea about the law and consumer rights but I think they are about to find out sharpish with this attitude. Watch this space.

Very good quality, exactly what I was expected.

I love the quality of your products and the prints you do I'm looking forward to using it when my little boy comes .

Easy to order. Fast efficient delivery. Thank you.

It arrived fast and is great quality. I can't wait for my baby to arrive so we can use it

Very happy with quality of the foot muff. Fits well In pushchair. Love the pattern and cosy lining.

Only place I’ve found that sells the sheets in the size I need.
Nice quality, good price, efficient dispatch

Lovely products, one item was missing but they soon sent it out

Ordered product, Moses basket with bedding was a gift for a baby so they didn’t open package till a month later. However, after opening it the Moses basket was very damaged from several places. After getting in touch with the company the representative was very rude in emails I could hardly understand what he/she was trying to say, I then explained to them twice why we have been in touch late but forget a refund they weren’t even sorry about it and literally told me they can’t help. Very disappointed will never be using this company again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Lovely swaddle blanket with beautiful print wish material was softer

Beautiful bedding and bumper for cots. Long lasting material. Thick and cosy and makes cot super safe incase of knocks and bumps. Best money I’ve spent on cot essentials.

Fast service
Beautiful crib very happy 😊

The package was a bit late, packed very badly. The potty chair was just tossed inside without the bubble wrap or any other protective packaging. Receipt wasn't packed either.
The product itself is flimsy, the inner part is not stable so it pinches my child's buttocks whenever she sits, and when she gets up it lifts, so contents get spilled.

Fast and the order was correct
