I ordered a happy nappers large sleeping bag for my son on 16th March and have not received it. For some weeks I have been thinking this a scam bit thought there maybe supply issues. I did receive a duplo figure randomly last week with no details on it and I was perplexed as to why I’d received it but after reading the reviews I now know this is from the happy-nappers uk. I’ve tried to contact the company but got no reply and now the website appears to be taken down. I am sure these people will try something again so please check who you’re buying from.

Ordered Happy Nappers sleeping bag & pillow on 24/03/2021 costing £39.99, which was taken from my account 27/03/2021. Was suppose to be a gift for my granddaughters birthday & was hugely disappointed it didn't arrive . Currently no response to my emails on status. Checked trust pilot because I have a bad feeling its not going to arrive & am now considering I may have been scammed . I have kindly requested a refund from the company this evening

Exactly same here. Didn't know about TrustPilot before ordering unfortunately. Spent £98 on 2 sleeping bags, got absolutely nothing. Nowhere to contact them. Having to wait 31 days before credit card company will investigate. Does anyone actually report these companies to the Fraud Dept of the Police?

Scam. Sent 2 duplo figures instead of the Happy Nappers product after a lengthy delay, unsurprisingly customer service emails were never replied to. Site now looks like it has been taken down but suggest reporting to trading standards on the off chance they can track the fradulent people behind it (the white label provider of the ecommerce platform they sold through if nothing else must have some details).

100% scam! I promised my little girl one of these as an incentive to become dry at night, she did amazing within a week so ordered her one from here and received a crappy duplo figure! To be scammed with £59.99 for a site that looked legitimate i feel a fool 😔

As below we have been scammed and again recieved 2 duplo figures paid 120.00 for 2 sleeping bags AVOID at all cost!

I also received a duplo character on the date the tracking of my order said my daughters sleeping bag was delivered. I have sent several emails with no reply. Reported to Action Fraud and the bank today ... I’ve ordered another one from High Street TV 🤞🏻

Well, we were also duped when ordering a Happy Nappers™: 2 IN 1 SLEEPING BAG and paid £39.99. It all seemed to be a genuine web site, placed and paid for the order, received email confirmation, also received a tracker reference, which we monitored. Then a small jiffy bag containing a small plastic dupo (lego) character, which is certainly not what we ordered, or paid for. We tried to re-log into their web site, which now shows an error code, also wrote to their email address, no response! - Like many i have reported this to my credit card company who are investigating this vendor. One regret is that we didn't check TrustPilot before we ordered from this website!

Ordered 2 of these for my twin daughters' birthday. Thought it a bit dodgy when the goods were shipping from China, and worse fears confirmed yesterday when 2 x cheap duplo type figures arrived, and I discovered these reviews. Reported to the police 'Action Fraud' team and my bank. Should be able to get my money refunded from the bank but have to wait 14 days. Ordered new ones from High Street TV, which will arrive tomorrow just in time for the birthdays. High Street TV customer service advisor was excellent (and they are cheaper aswell!)

I bought one of these on the 12 feb for my sons birthday in March.. it cost £59.99.. I knew I’d made the biggest mistake ever when I paid as there is no telephone number to ring them, it also said on my credit card invoice it was coming from France for it then to be coming from China. It’s suppose to be a uk company I received nothing. I got in touch with my credit card company last week who had reported it as a scam to the appropriate people. I am waiting for my money back and I am so glad it has been taken down.. Scum of the earth..!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! Total scam. says delivered but nothing received. Fraud payment initiated with the bank, but why have they not been taken down

I ordered from the company...if you can call them that, in the belief that they are a UK company as the name suggests, only to discover that they are in China.
I spent almost £100 on 2 sleep sacks only to receive 2 duplo type figure. Which in itself was confusing knowing I hadn't ordered them. Then suddenly the penny dropped and I looked for their website and discovered all the other reviews reporting the same concerns.
I have sent a number if emails to happy nappers UK but of course received no replies.
I am now in the process of trying to claim the money back through my credit card company.
The most annoying thing is that now have no birthday present to give to my granddaughter tomorrow!!

Unfortunately I have also been SCAMMED!!! I purchased 2 happy napper sleeping bags successfully at Christmas through High street TV. I wanted a Large Shark as a 3rd purchase and the only place showing stock was this UK website. I ordered and paid on 13th March. I got confirmation of purchase and tracking of item from China. Eventually the item arrived 31st March and YES it was a Duplo figure. Like others here I will attempt to get my money refunded by the Bank, however I don't hold great hope of that as I didn't pay by credit card. The website has now been taken down.

Same as all other reviews it's a scam ordered sleeping bag got a piece of lego would advise avoid this company I am going to go to the police advice others to do the same

Same as all the other reviews- this is a complete scam! 2.5 weeks after I ordered I was sent two random lego figures in the post. Barclays have refunded me whilst they investigate. I also had my card cloned two days after my purchase and havent used ATMs only online purchases so it’s definitely them. It was used for two online purchases totalling over £125. Avoid! Complete scam!

oh dear, I wish I'd found this beforehand! I ordered in March and was surprised when a small lego figure arrived 3wks later, also that I ordered from a UK company but it was shipped from China. Anyway, reported to Action Fraud (please do this if it happens to you, it doesn't take long, they can remove the website), rang bank who refunded the money. I noticed today the website is off line, but to be clear, its Happy-Nappers.uk.
I believe HightStreetTV is a trusted place to order so I've ordered from here- just to update, my napper arrived from HighstreetTV, its wonderful and my daughter loves it, see trustpilot. I got the large, she's only 6 but tall and glad I did otherwise she would have been too big for it.

Had a random lego figure arrive in the post today. Was very confused as I hadn't ordered it, after trying to figure out where it came from I realised it had a tracking number on the front of the envelope that just happened to match the tracking number given to me for the sleeping bag!! I have tried emailing but after reading the other reviews I am not expecting to get a reply. I tried to access the website but looks like that's been taken down. Have contacted my bank but have to wait until 16 days after the transaction before I can raise a dispute! Hoping I can get my money back.

Fake company, avoid.
Thankfully I paid on my credit card so I was able to get the money back.

FAKE Company! This a fraud. Don't buy.
