Absolutely avoid – one of the worst, most unprofessional services I’ve ever used.
I would strongly advise against using Happy Days Meet & Greet (registered as CAR GOOGLE LIMITED). As a frequent flyer who has used many Airport meet and greet services, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
The whole operation felt unprofessional and exploitative. Charging a £20 fee if you are more than 20 minutes late to drop off your car is excessive and feels like a tactic to take advantage of customers who are already under pressure to get to the airport. Refusing card payments and insisting on bank transfer only is also a major red flag, as it removes basic consumer protection.
The service itself was disorganised from start to finish. I called 30 minutes before arrival as instructed and still had to wait to hand over my car. On return, I followed their instructions again and was left waiting far too long to get my vehicle back.
Communication was also poor and completely unacceptable. I received repeated calls while driving to the airport, with staff being rude, pushy, and demanding payment in a way that felt both aggressive and unsafe.
The drop-off experience was the worst part. The driver initially refused to take the car, then put the keys on my suitcase and walked off. At that point, I had no confidence in the service, but I felt forced to continue because I risked missing my flight.
Overall, this was a chaotic, unprofessional service with unfair charges and terrible communication. I would strongly recommend using a reputable, established company instead.
School residential - great service - and vital it was!
We had an exceptionally positive experience. Travelling with 8 special needs pupils in a minibus and the service was brilliant - communications was great, they were punctual and minibus returned in good condition.
We had to wait about 10mins after collecting our luggage but this comes with the territory with the drop off situation.
The price was very competitive and I would absolutely recommend and use again.
Rude
Rude. Aggressive. Swindlers. Liars. Avoid at all costs.
Dreadful
Dreadful. Rude, arrogant, kept changing the story. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and that's quite a high bar.
Avoid at all costs!!!
Avoid at all costs!!!! If I could leave 0 I would!
We had booked and paid for an additional day in error, when we called to inform them they told us we'd need to pay £60 extra, almost the whole cost of the parking. We had luckily booked through a really helpful third party who managed to help us reduce this to £20.
The morning we were due to drop the car, I contacted the company 7 times with no answer, eventually I called the "emergency" number and was shouted at because I hadn't called them earlier, when I had in fact been trying for some time. We then had to wait 40 minutes for them to arrive, adding to the stress. We paid the £20 that was agreed and went off on our holiday.
On return my husband called to say we'd landed and they told him they're not returning the car until we hand over £60, they were aggressive and incredibly rude. We eventually said we would report the car stolen in this case and they hung up the phone. Our third party company very luckily were able to step in and sort this out again. I only wish I'd read these reviews first!!
I'd also be questioning where these people keep the cars as significant fuel was used whilst we were away!
Dirty car
Used Happy Days Meet & Greet via FHR. Car was returned significantly dirty after airport parking. Company offered a wash on a future booking, which wasn’t acceptable as I had to clean the car immediately at my own cost. Multiple emails requesting reimbursement or response have gone unanswered. Disappointing experience
Would leave 0 stars if I could - aggressive and threatening staff
Would leave 0 stars if I could.
Aggressive, threatening and rude staff.
On the way to the airport I called to say there was traffic on m25. I was told the driver would charge £25 per 5 minutes he had to wait. When I said I had followed their policy by calling in advance, I was told they’d have to cancel the meet and greet by one hour (meaning I’d miss my flight). They kept calling me as I was driving threatening that the driving would leave and I’d be charged £25 per minute. Very rude customer service- repeatedly shouting down the phone at me whilst I was driving.
My flight was cancelled so I had to collect my car early £20 charge. I couldn’t bank transfer as I did not have my card reader. They refused to release my car until payment was made. I said I had cash but would need a receipt. The female cashier Leanne shouted down the phone that I was”pathetic” for wanting a receipt and “no normal customer wants that”. The driver arrived and was very aggressive. He refused to give a receipt for cash. He shouted at me and my elderly mother, shouting “I don’t need to hear from you”. He kept putting his hand in my face and my mothers to stop me from trying to explain that needed proof of payment . Only when I called my husband who told him what he was doing was illegal, he threw the keys at me and shouted to onlookers “wow! For the sake of £20! Wow!”.
Avoid at all costs, the company must pay commission to its staff to get additional charges and they earn it with thr

The company charged us an extra £20 cash on arrival because we were later than planned (by 15 mins). We had spoken with them prior to this. No receipt for the cash was given.
The person collecting the car had no ID and no paperwork and was unable to provide any sort of receipt for taking the car. It felt wrong having to pay cash and leave our car with a guy who could not verify he worked for the company.
On return they were 55 minutes late.
We have used other companies many times before without issue.
Not to be repeated
Late for drop off and pickup (20 and 30minutes) so extra parking charges had to be paid.
Changed return pickup point after our arrival.
Ignored our email when their documents were incorrect.
Unpleasant telephone exchanges, not recognizing our distress at the delays....we had our grandchildren with us.
This was my worst experience of meet and greet in 30years
Avoid if you can!
Avoid if you can!
I’ve used many Meet and Greet companies at Heathrow and Gatwick.
Sadly these guys felt it necessary to be bizarrely offish at explaining their meet and greet requirements at the airport. When they called me back from their office(this means they had my number!), they aggressively accused me of not answering the phone to their driver who was trying to call. (He didn’t by the way)
Only to be dressed down by the driver waiting for me at the airport, that I had logged an incorrect number in their system(ask yourself how this is possible if their office staff called me earlier).
And then he threatened that I might be charged for a ‘phone number change’ as my phone number started with +44.
I then asked him to remind me which company he worked for…to be told ‘Happy Days’. The irony!!!

They attempted to charge us an extra £20 because we were later than planned (by 10 mins). We had spoken with them prior to this.
The person on the phone was rude, almost shouting at me when I explained I would pay via invoice but was not happy to pay via cash.
They wanted cash or a bank transfer. The person had no bay for us to park and had no ID. The person had no paperwork and was unable to provide any sort of receipt for taking the car. It felt scammy to pay cash and leave our car with a guy who could not verify he worked for the company.
We have used other companies many times before without issue.

We booked a 5 a.m. drop off and received a call the night before, first trying to convince us to have the car collected at the hotel (and get the bus to airport!) then it was suggested we could drop off somewhere outside the terminal and take a “short walk”! I completely refused either option, and was then talked into changing drop off time to 5.15 (they clearly don’t like early starts). We got to the correct car park drop off point at 5.15 and after a few phone calls, the driver arrived at 5.50 (we had an 8 a.m. flight). I knew they’d be trouble on return and sure enough, same again, trying to get us to meet them off site which I refused to do. I think they turned up in the car park about an hour after my initial phone call. I’ve used many parking companies but this is by far the worst!
Very poor service
Very poor service - do not use. I had to wait 30 mins to drop my car off with them at the airport despite giving them a call 30 mins prior to my arrival and then on my return leg I was waiting another 40 mins before my car turned up.
Issues with refund
Took a while to get a refund (more than 30 days)
Each time you call them, they say somebody will call/email me back. This has been ongoing for a month to a point I had to provide them with a deadline and that I will apply for a small claims court order.
The positive is that whenever I spoke to them on the phone, they were kind and always answered straight away.
Good service
Second time we've used Happy Days, staff are helpful and friendly, swift to bring car back after arrival. Good value service, happy to use again.
DO NOT USE Happy Days meet & greet
DO NOT USE Happy Days meet & greet, our flight was delayed on our return leg, I called them for 6 hours and made 30 calls from midnight to 6.15am before someone texted me back and it took them another hour before our car arrived at the car park7:15am we had to sleep at the airport with my 2 children and my wife until they arrived at 7:15am. They also charged me £25 extra even though they had no one answer my calls or my text messages and we had to wait over 7 hours for our car. We paid them and asked for a receipt and he dropped his envelope with the £25 and then thought my wife has taken the money back and he grabbed her arm tight and attacked her and shouted give me the money back. I had to put him away from my wife. I will report them to the police and fair trading standards. They have breached their term and conditions and attached customers. Stay away from this scammer and aggressive driver. Please check Google review to see a photo of the aggressive man who attacked my wife.
Waited for 7 hours in Heathrow Stranded!
This company should be avoided at all costs. Our flight was delayed by a few hours which lead to us arriving in heathrow after 12am. They did not respond at all. All landlines were not attended, none of the phone numbers we had called for drop off had worked, and they were threatening to charge us £20 for staying after midnight, cash only, which should definitely be forfeited in the case of waiting overnight and having to sleep on a plastic chair. They then gave us bank details to transfer £20 to them.
Had to wait until 6.30am before they even responded. was just sat in heathrow for all those hours.
We were told we ‘should have just called’ or ‘should have emailed’ as per the email. We read through the email many a time through that period and the landline we called numerous times and left voicemails remained unanswered for those 7 hours.
The service went well and the driver…
The service went well and the driver arrangement was well controlled. However, as a new user if this service I did not know about the driver drop off charge. I was informed by the driver who said he would pay the charge. I gave him the money and went to check in. On my return I had a Charge Notice the money was not paid. I contacted Happy Days by email and they never responded.
They park your car a long way away
They park your car a long way away. Over 15miles . It’s not true meet and greet as you wait a long time for them to deliver it back . Feel missold. I booked through FHR so was only told that it was Happy Days after booking and now see they have a low score. Best in mind they drive your car a long way to park it plus you pay entry and exit car park fee minimum £7.50. Wouldn’t use again
My day was not happy
I booked Meet and Greet parking with this company via Bookfhr. While Bookfhr have a good Trustpilot score, this company does not. Obviously you cannot check this prior to booking as you do not know who the booking company is going to use.
I was given two landline number numbers to phone 20 minutes prior to arrival at LHR. I called both numbers multple times both at the appointed time and on arrival at the airport. On no occasion was either number recognised. Due to extemely bad traffic conditions on both the M1 and M25 I arrived at LHR 10 minutes after my ETA. I approached around 20 drivers at the Meet and Greet drop off point and nome of them admitted to working for Happy Days or even to have heard of them.
Bookfhr did not respond to my problem in a timely manner so I ended up having to book the long stay car park which cost me £170.
