Exactly what it said on the tin. Answered when you needed them to simple clear instructions and Ryan who looked after us with extremely professional 5 star service will definitely use them again. Not that it matters but for reference the car was 22 plate Porsche Macan so they have no issues dealing with high luxury sector. Thanks Ryan

Very disappointed in the service on return from holiday. It took 45 mins for car to be delivered to Level 4 T5. In addition having asked and paid for the car to be recharged in our absence this had not been done meaning that we had a further delay whilst we found a charger and plugged in. Accepting that they were offering an additional service it is unacceptable to not then deliver what was agreed and paid for. Good service deserves praise, bad service does not.

Very good with the service help me a lot didn’t know where to meet was my first time using the company and going to my first holiday in terminal five after five years I forgot where to meet and they kindly greeted me in the car park and was very sufficient with timing

Normally book via BookFHR but these guys convinced me to book direct and they would do a valet and match the deal. 1st they didn't include entry exit cost which is crazy, next and far worse they used my Range Rover for a joyride late one Saturday night (tracker maps confirmed). they denied at first and said moving car parks due to resurfacing but that is NEVER midnight on a Saturday! they eventually admitted use and filled the fuel to cover what was used but nothing else. Such a bad company, don't ever use them again, they have lied to me over this and couldn't care less. i asked for the fee to be refunded and they laughed. Taking without permission is a criminal offence. please be careful, lots of good companies around, these have gone really bad.

Very good service I highly recommend picked up my car on time and drop my car on time they also paid for my entry and exit fee very good work guys I will use you guys every time I travel abroad.

I want to say thank you to the valet team who I clean my car and bought the car back to life the car was so fresh when it arrived.

Disrespectful, untrustworthy, avoid at all costs. Have a tracker on my car and these cowboys should not even be aloud to trade, probably why they have different business names. Do not use this service.

It was dodgy from the start and I should have listened to my gut instinct. They were over an hour and 20 late in meeting me meaning I was late to check in. I had to pay for them to leave the car park. The man was rude meeting me and the person who took my car ...who knows if they were legal to drive!! They were 2 hours late to meet me and my car was damaged on return. The man ran away from me in the car park and I was left with a damaged car. The company refused to answer any calls from me and they haven't replied to emails. I've reported them to Trading Standards and I reported them to the booking company who now no longer use them. I wish I had read the reviews before making a booking with them. Is this company actually trading legally? They seem to charge customers whatever they want despite the pricing listed on their website. The driver was over 20 minutes late to pick up the car, there was no compensation, not even an apology; however, if you are slightly late (about 10 minutes) upon arrival, there is a penalty charge, and of course, this cannot be found on their website. If for any reason, you need to extend your parking session by an extra day, they charge you 35, not the 15 as stated on their website, because of the hidden admin cost. If you need any help from them, you'd expect very rude customer service, if any at all.
This company should be inspected for legal trading.

What I do not understand is how companies like this cannot be stopped.

They use our cars for other means when they take them. That is clear from the condition they are given back in and the fact that all camera cards are taken out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was delayed due to to traffic getting to the airport and was charged extra even though I informed them by phone. Secondly, the driver “Tony” said that rather than me parking up my vehicle in short stay he could meet me outside drop off. When he collected my vehicle he said give me the cash and I will pay the £5 for exiting the airport and on collection of your vehicle I will pay the £5 for you. He took the cash but never paid for the ticket to leave the airport on drop off and I received a parking ticket for £80. Called their office around 50 times only to speak to Nina who wasn’t able to help and told me to email in. I sent around 10 emails asking for them to pay for the parking ticket. No response received..not even a phone call back to apologise. Instead I got told that it’s my responsibility and I shouldn’t have given the money to their driver “Tony” even though he suggested that this was a service they could provide. I have reported their company to Heathrow Airport and other review companies.

Absolutely awful experience, zero flexibility. Wanted to arrive one hour early due to queues at the airport but they did not want to send a driver. On the return, we were charged extra £20 for shortening our stay. Cash in hand, no receipt. Rude driver.

Straightforward and all as expected following their instructions. Good work and competitive pricing for valeting too.

I left a review for Happydays parking as I was so unhappy with the service of these cowboys. I have just gone on to look again and they have put a fake review up in my name! I will be reporting them to Trustpilot and anyone else I can find online. They need to be shut down for their underhand running of their so called company. They are a joke! Not sure how they sleep at night.
