OMG, i wish I had read these reviews before booking with these cowboys. Car with less than 2,000 miles on the clock came back with damage on the front end. They won't correspond with me about this, so legal action is the only way.

VERY unreliable company! DON't waste your time and money, otherwise you loose much m o r e!!!

I waited over ONE hour on the airport for the driver to pick up my car to park it. nearly missed my flight. Even I called them 30 mins earlier of my arrival.

On the way back I waited 45 minutes even I called them after I received my lagguage.

B U T!!!! The worst experience: my BMW 330D GT had THREE WHITE FRESH scratches on the back. I took photos when the driver was standing next to it. he already argued with me that it was on it already before I gave it to them. IT WAS NOT.

However I made a complaint nearly a MONTH ago several times sending it to their all emails, also called them every 3rd day, and THEY DO NOT EVEN RESPONSE!
never trust and leave your car with them.

Pick up ok only waited 20 mins. But then it went down hill... We rang to extend our booking 3 days before the due date of our return to Heathrow term 2.. Agreed a price for the extra days the lady text us to confirm £85..... When we arrived back we were told the car was on its way.... lots of phone calls later a lady rang to say they had made a mistake and we would have to pay £210... But we had been told that the car was on its way.... After a lengthy call where she kept REPEATING PAY £210.. in the end a man came on the line before I let him say anything I asked where my car was.... It is in our compOund and will not be released until we agreed to pay the £210... Very calmly I said they could not hold us to ransom like this in England and I would be very happy to report them to Trading Standards. At this point he agreed to the £85.... within half an hour the car arrived in the drop off line.... I think the company rely on people having travelled 15 hours and jet lagged to con, lie and cheat... When I looked at the dash board display I noticed that it had been driven 100 miles that day.....WHERE HAD MY CAR GONE......

Do not use under any circumstances. Left waiting over an hour for my car to be picked up and constantly lied to.

Shocking service! Waited 45mins at Heathrow for them to collect the car (05:30).I noticed they had the wrong return date which I had to change and was told a fee of £20 would be incurred to rectify. On arrival we then had to wait a further 50mins for the car after calling while still on plane as we only had hand luggage. I found out on delivery of the car that it was stored in iver heath which is not close by at all!!

They wiped the recordings of my dashcam. God knows what they were doing with the car.

We use valet parking regularly and the details on Looking4parking instructions were the same as we are used to for drop off and collection at T5 short stay car park so we thought it would be ok as every other company we have used have been fine and as it was a last minute booking unfortunately we didn't have time to read reviews so we paid the price with worry and possible future fines!

This company avoid the usual drop off and collection zones presumably to avoid car parking fees which would be huge as they are so SLOW!

Half hour before arriving at T5 we called the office to be barked at but we forgave them as we thought they might be busy and we drove to the usual drop off point level 4 short stay car park BUT they then called us to say they wanted us to drive down to the departures zone where half an hour later their unprofessional driver finally appeared.

ALARM BELLS were ringing but we needed to check in so we reluctantly handed over our keys and hoped for the best but the WORST ever customer service and LIES and THREATS were yet to come which spoiled our return from a lovely trip.

On arriving back at T5 we called upon collection of our luggage and these COWBOYS told us to go to the departures drop off zone where there are large signs saying that this is not allowed and that FINES will be imposed. We were at their mercy so had to wait worried in the cold for over an hour after repeated calls and being lied to.

The passenger seat had been moved, the car smelt odd and there was extra mileage on the clock than expected but the worst thing was that the driver THREATENED to drive off back to the compound with my wife in the car after she complained at the VERY LONG WAIT . In hindsight had he done that it would have been KIDNAPPING and I would have involved the POLICE! I was on the verge of calling the police about my car at the hour stage let alone this but we were held to ransom as they had our car and keys!

I made sure to video the driver and car that he got back into incase I need it for evidence! Really worrying and concerning that these cowboys are being allowed to advertise on well known sites and operate such a SHODDY SERVICE at such a prime airport.

Don't use - cowboys. Cheap but no way justifies the service.

-Drop off wasn't too bad (10 min wait). But a one hour wait on pick-up, despite calling and every time being told "10 mins away" or "driver's on Bath Road" (when they actually picked up the phone).

-On their website, they talk about using the airport short stay car parks for drop-off/pick-up. But they use the airport drop off area each time, so I'm hoping no fine comes through.

-I had 45 miles of petrol left when I dropped off; it was on 0 when I picked it up. Their yard is not 22.5 miles away so they drove it somewhere else.

-They disconnected the dashcam which suggests dishonesty and that they have something to hide.

Only positive is that so far can't find any problems with the car.

I was a bit worried about booking with Happy Days given some of the previous negative reviews, but it was last minute (8hrs before) so had no choice. They called me shortly after booking to confirm everything and also told me they are under new management.
The service was excellent - I called them 20 mins before arriving at the airport and they asked if I minded making it 10 mins later which I didn't, and it meant they met me at a faster drop off point. A very friendly lady was waiting for me at the T2 drop off point, who looked around my car and then gave me my return info.
On return, I called them as soon as I had all my luggage and by the time I made it up to departures (again a quicker meeting point as it was late in the evening) and they were there with my car, less than 10 mins after calling them.
Yes there were 2 other Happy Days staff in my car with the driver coming back to the airport, but they do have to get back to the airport to collect other cars (not sure how people think they get back?). Yes my seat had been moved which people have complained about in other reviews, but I would rather that then them try and squish into my driving position. Mirrors moved too, but they need to be adjusted to whoever is driving.
I really couldn't fault them, they were polite and the service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again :)

As all the others. By far the worst company. Waited 25 mins at drop off and an hour on arrival.

Terrible. Awful. Avoid . We travel a fair bit, several times a year and have used various companies for meet and greet, and this is by far the worst. As we arrived back in the UK last night, none of the phone numbers provided were operational, and I tried all of them, including the number stored on my phone from the driver taking our car of us a week ago. We honestly thought they'd just stolen our car and shut down shop. We were left terrified for half an hour, with two kids in tow, before they eventually rang us. Call was casual and interested, no reaction as I told them about the lack of working phone lines. Car was dispatched and arrived in a reasonable time, well after a second call to hurry them up. Car seems to be intact, so that's something. And yes, it was delivered to the drop off area, clearly to avoid charges ( and not due to the other areas being busy, as they tried to tell us) . Big red flags here. Will avoid. Lesson learned.

Sham of a Co. Crashed my car in front of me and failed to resolve by denying any responsibility.
Investigations shown:
- they have been allowed to advertise themselves falsely on SkyparkSecure.
- they have purported to be a member of Safer Parking despite their membership lapsing.
- they have operated within Heathrow airport in direct conflict with airport byelaws, and do not have any licence to operate at Heathrow.

AVOID. Used them on 3 occasions hoping each time that their service would improve. Will never use again as each time they have always been late. One of their drivers told me "they are a terrible company".
Even phoning them 30 mins before arriving at LHR (as requested) the driver still took anywhere between 25-40 minutes to arrive to collect the car. The same on returning, they take anywhere between 25-50 minutes to bring the car to the airport. They avoid using the Heathrow Multi Storey car park in order to avoid paying the LHR parking charges, all other parking companies are based in the car park and have an attendant on site. Happy Days have nobody on site and do everything via phone but sadly their customer service is appalling. Will NEVER use them again and suggest you don't either.

We booked Happy Days Parking (with supposedly good reviews) through the shell company Sky Park Secure. Similar to others we had a terrible meet and greet experience - they kept us waiting for an hour and we saw from the mileometer (which we forwarned them about) that whilst we were away they were using our car to go back and forth to the airport clocking up 35 miles. When we complained to Skyparksecure they devolved responsibility saying our contract was with Happy Days, not them. Unexpectedly Happy Days are not responding.

Shambles of an outfit. Was not there to 'Meet and Greet' us. I believe my car was driven approx 100 miles whilst we were abroad. It was a lot more dirty than when I left it with them.
On our return after holiday they did not answer their phones so we waited a long time for return of our car (bad for my wife and I, but also for our friends who we went with).
Interesting because going onto the Skypark site, they use 'Reevo ' reviews, who themselves as a company, only have 2 out of 5 stars.... It says it all...

Rang to drop off the car. Told me I would need to wait 30 mins, after a lot of complaining they arrived after about 10 minutes.
On arrival on my way home, rang and was told they would arrive in 20 mins (as was only just before passport control) I thought that would be o.k. They arrive 30 minutes after they said. The car was filthy, the radio changed to an alternative station and look dishevelled. Only blessing was they didn't take my parking money I'd accidentally left in the car.
Don't use. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Would be zero if i could. Absolutely horrendous company, DO NOT USE. They used my car for 100+ miles while i was away and helped themselves to any valuables they could find inside.

This is no longer drop off and pick up from the short stay car park. They come to the passenger drop off area. I have just got off a long haul flight and been told I have to wait 45 minutes for my car because they do not have a driver available, despite them having all my flight information. The lady on the phone was difficult to understand and entirely unhelpful. I would not recommend this service.

Do not use this service. I had to wait a whole hour for my car to be returned! I started to think I'd handed the keys over to some shysters who had stolen my car and was debating calling the police. It would have been far quicker to have parked in the long stay which is not what I paid for meet and greet for
