Hi Amanda - your Royal Mail tracking shows that your order has already been delivered? We have also had no previous correspondence from you with regards to an issues with your delivery/order.
Once an order is dispatched, delivery is determined by the carrier (in this case Royal Mail) and is unfortunately out of our control. However as mentioned, your order was marked as delivered by the carrier in proof of delivery.

Quiet expensive for what I received,
but after emailing the company I received a very prompt reply and I have accepted a partial refund customer service was very good

Love these cards, bought the full set as I have a 3 and 7yr old. They came quickly, are packaged great and we started learning last night and the boys loved the games. Thank you x

These cards are absolutely brilliant
These cards are absolutely brilliant. Very clear and easy to digest making them very user friendly. We've used the times tables ones with our son, hanging them up around the house - having the test yourself element is fantastic. Oh and theyre dry-wipe! Genius! Highly recommend!!

I initially bought the tricky word cards, reception & year1 and year2. I’ve since bought a bundle and times table wall prints. The cards are excellent quality and easy to follow advice. Has really helped my son develop reading confidence. Happy little doers get a huge thumbs up from me!

I thought these would be really great…
I thought these would be really great for my daughter, I left her to do them, thinking 'wow she's so good'. Only to realise she copied the numbers on the back of the card. I think the blank cards shouldn't have had the numbers on the back for them to easily use

Hi Gemma - firstly thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry to hear that you feel our Times Tables Flashcards have not benefitted your daughter.
I appreciate your perspective in that your daughter has chosen to write out the answer shown on the back, and I understand that you may not consider this learning. However, during these initial stages, if your daughter chooses to copy the answer, it is still a benefit to her development and she is gaining exposure to the times tables. Over time, her understanding and knowledge will grow using the pack and it is important to use them in the way that works best for her.
All of our packs are designed so they can support children learning in different ways. For the Times Tables pack, learning through either skip counting or the traditional tables layout or being quizzed are just some of the ways of generating repetition and ultimately, helping to build a good understanding and getting exposure to mulitplications. The aim of our cards is to help find ways that children enjoy using our packs, so they continue to practise over and over again.
In the meantime we will look to see if there is any improvements that can be made on the pack based on your feedback.
I would of course love to see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with our products, as we often get very positive feedback - in particular with the Times Tables!

So glad I ordered these
I am so happy I decided to make an order of the number flash cards and the times table flash cards. I'd been looking at them for a while. The cards are so clearly thoughtfully designed and my kids have really enjoyed using them so far. One of my children is autistic and a visual learner and I really think they are going to help him. My youngest, every day has been asking if we can do times tables. What is also really helpful especially with the timetable cards is they come with tips inside of what ages groups learn the different times tables at school which was so helpful because now I know we are good to just work on the 2 times table for now, what is expected of him in each school year and how I can best support him with that. Really lovely cards.

Absolutely thrilled with these cards
Absolutely thrilled with these cards! My daughter is 6 and within a week I could see her making huge progress! She now recognises most of the words, is able to make links between similar sounding words and is seeing patterns. I am a teacher myself and can honestly say these have blown me away! Tonight I could see her working out the sounds, making links and trying different sounds before saying it out loud! Others she can just say quickly as a flash card game! So pleased and highly recommend! 🤩

We absolutely love your tricky word flash cards!! My little boy lacks confidence with his reading and since having these he wants to do them every day and has come on so much, thanks to these cards so a massive thank you 😁 Anyone who is thinking are they worth it, I promise you won’t regret buying them! Writing & Tricky words (3.5yr old)
Bought the writing cards for my 3.5yr old. They are brilliant. She loves them and can do them on her own thanks to the dots and arrows. Great idea! Also love the pretty picture boards they came with which look nice as pictures and are great for reference later.
Got the TRICKY WORDS cards too and have started showing her the easy ones. Amazing how fast they learn at this age. Surprised that she immediately wanted to do the whole set of writing and numbers at once! Wish the pen was longer as they struggle to hold pens at this age and short pens are harder maybe? The pen was harder than the letters for her. Ha ha. But we are working on it and had fun.

Fine motor skills will develop with time but you can use any washable pens on the drywipe cards. Great to hear that she is already picking up on the Stage 1 Tricky Words at 3.5 years! Sounds like you might have a little reader on your hands 😀

Good communication and rectified and order issue promptly. Love the cards - clear and detailed. Packaged well to prevent damage and like the decision of the boxes to protect the cards themselves.
