Purchased $100+ worth of product back in Nov 2021, order remains in "ordered" status as the month of Dec closes. Items claim to be fulfilled in 48 hrs, arrival in 5-10 days in the States; no product, no response from "Rob" at either email after multiple attempts. I fear my money is gone as now the full site has disappeared + url seems defunct.

Ordered a picture 17 days ago. Money taken but no sign of the product. Have repeatedly sent emails and messages via Facebook but no reply. Awful customer service.

We have this picture in addition to the Cromford and Darley Dale pics in our second bedroom of our holiday flat we are setting up in Matlock. We think these will appeal to the younger visitors to give ideas of local activities to do. We think they look fabulous!
