The team at ABF were great to work with. My wife and I had been wanting to update our backyard for years. We have always wanted a fire pit and more recently wanted to update our furniture. The team at ABF were great providing ideas and suggestions. They even came to look at our space to help us come up with a plan. Their experience really showed. We added a fire pit and sectional sofa. The results were awesome. We are using our patio more than ever!

I worked with the team to purchase new pool furniture for our large community. Heikke was great to work with. He met with our team and helped us select a mixture of tables,loungers and chairs. He visited our community and helped us select the perfect combination. His team delivered and set everything up. We were so impressed with the furniture and this company we placed a second order for farm and cocktail tables for our pavilion. I like that ABF is local and hands on. The furniture is sturdy, long lasting and looks great. Some of our residents have purchased for their patios also. Thanks team at ABF

I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Jolene at AllBackyardFun (ABF) was absolutely amazing to work with. I was hosting a big event at my house on 5/11 and REALLY wanted our new firepit to arrive in time for the event, because our existing one was... well... hideous. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! I will recommend them to anybody and am really grateful that Jolene cared enough about me to help expedite the shipment of our table! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH ABF & Jolene for your stellar product and service.

Horrible customer service. I returned a wind guard that was useless and did not fit. I have not to date received a refund on my cc. They said the credit card refunding process does not work. Haha but it works to take the money. Insane. Now they tell me they sent a check of course it never came. They don’t answer the phone. They are not legit obviously. It’s a scam company and not ethical at all

These a-holes began practice of sending SPAM text messages from different numbers to advertise their s-tty products. No way I’ll be buying anything from these imbeciles.

I have worked for this company for 3 1/2 years now. I have never experienced better customer service not only from the owners but also from the delivery team.

Ordered a firepit in April. I just cancelled the order after endless issues trying to get it shipped, including having them contact me about a shipment that evidently had my name on it in error. Lot's of excuses by people who don't have any idea what they are doing. I asked for my money back finally after yet another rep read back notes about past calls (I've had to call at least 6 times due to ordering and scheduling issues) that did not reflect our conversations at all. Feels like a scam. I doubt I would have ever received the item yet they were paid for it months ago.

We LOVE our fire table! Not only can you use it on beautiful summer and fall evenings. Our boys also get use out of it in the winter months to warm up while playing a little outdoor hockey!

We have had our Northcape patio furniture for years and love it. Came back for more. The staff has always been accommodating and answered all our questions. We have our furniture in the snow as we speak, but it has looked a great year after year when we take off the covers in the spring.

Waited almost 4 moths for a firepit I ordered. the freight company they used for door delivery refused to pull into my street or driveway and said could only unload it on the side of a busy highway. Backyard was suppose to get another freight company to deliver it but didn't hear anything for 3 three weeks. Just called today to find out it was shipped back to manufacturer after they supposedly tried to call me "constantly" for 3 weeks. They shipped it back but didn't refund my money! I called them today and didn't even get an apology after waiting for almost 4 months and hiring the originally "crappy" freight company. Do no buy anything from these people, especially a firepit.

Order four Adirondack chairs on May 12, 2022. When I ordered these chairs, the estimated delivery date was May 26, 2022 - June 2, 2022. I am still waiting to receive my chairs. I get a different story every time I call Customer Service for an explanation. I will never order from this company again.

We bought an Oriflamme Fire Table from All Backyard Fun... they have an amazing customer service rep (Dana Taylor) who made our experience especially awesome despite there being delays with our order (seriously can't get a cheeseburger these days without there being delays 😀)! Anyway, she was extremely knowledge and very helpful regarding some issues that we had with the product we purchased. Problem was resolved immediately and without issue... and, offered up with a smile (or at least sounded like it on the phone - lol)!! By the way... the fire table is BEAUTIFUL and was well worth waiting for!! Thanks again, Dana!!

I finally got a chance to purchase a Stratford 12-ft x 8-ft storage shed. The technician came out to install it and it only took him one day. It would have probably taken me a month if frustration had not kicked in. It has just what I need. I can move around and actually stand up without bumping my head. I can now organize things and get on with my chores. Very nice.

Bought two Polywood chaise lounge chairs from All Backyard Fun. They were a great price and I hoped for the best. One chair had a small problem with the back bar not setting right. I contacted ABF and they handled the problem promptly with the manufacturer (where the cause of the problem was) and replacement parts were immediately sent by the manufacturer. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service. You are in good hands with All Backyard Fun and the Polywood chairs are amazing and made from recycled materials with an excellent warranty!

I bought several pieces of Northcape Bainbridge outdoor furniture online, which I thought was risky given they were on the other side of the country from me. They came through with flying colors, starting with a personal "thank you for your order" note from Jolene. When I didn't get one of the pieces with my delivery, I immediately called the store and Harry told me exactly how to handle it. I now have all my furniture and couldn't be happier with it. It's beautiful and so comfortable! And Jolene's communication was top notch! I'm sure to order again from them in the future!

Great looking, high quality furniture. Excellent customer service and follow up. Very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for backyard furniture and fireplace accessories.

Have bought a few things including an awesome 48" granite fire table. I felt like the price was great also. The table required no tools to install and was made in America which I really appreciate. Products showed up on time and well packaged. Never had an issue so that's deserving of 5 stars

Purchased a granite fire pit table and was extremely pleased with the unit and the customer service I received. While trying to make my decision I called and talked with many of the staff at All Backyard Fun as the cost of the table is signicant and I wanted to be sure it was want I wanted. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and very nice. I had a mfr issue once I received the table and All Backyard Fun handled the issue promptly and was a joy to work with! I would absolutely order again from All Backyard Fun and have already recommended to my friends and neighbors!
