Great experience overall and a really friendly team. Always easy to get hold of on the phone and super responsive throughout, which made the whole process feel a lot smoother.
Alaa put together a really thorough report and then took the time afterwards to talk everything through in detail, which was hugely helpful in understanding the key issues.

Probate Valuation
Harding has been helpful, efficient and professional.
I needed a Probate Valuation for my Aunt’s house after her death and I contacted Harding. They immediately sent me details and costs and an appointment was arranged. I needed to rearrange and there was no problem. Charlie, the surveyor was extremely informative about the Probate situation and Sale which was valuable. In addition their thorough report came through within a few days. Finally, it is worth mentioning that their costs are very reasonable and below competitors.
