My recent blood test was done with great care by the nurse who put me at ease and answered all my questions with patience.
The service at HHC is exceptional and the cost was also very reasonable along with a quick turnaround for my test results.
I highly recommend the walk-in blood test service at HHC and will be making a visit very soon.

The first time was pleasent - very responsive receptionist, extremely quick results and good treatments, my problem was solved quickly. The doctor was responsible and caring.

A while later I got my problem again and decided to go with this GP again, but the whole experience turned out extremely dissappointing. I tried to book a phone consultation online, and was told that I would be contacted by them to make the payment for the appointment. Nobody contacted me and my appointment was automatically cancelled as I wasdid not pay the fees in time. I called the reception to try to fix this but the lady was extremely impatient and rude. I was broken off by her several times and she even yelled at me in the end.

I was feeling so unwell that I decided to go with another appointment regardless. Luckily, the doctor was professional. She asked all my history and booked me a test. She also told me to send her all my medical records after the consultation. But, I was not contacted by the team about sending the records afterwards and nobody gave me any email address to send those documents. Besides, when the result came out, nobody in the team cared sending it to me and I had to call them to request for it to be sent.

The GPs are nice, but the operation team has not been doing a good job.

Super recommended, the test results are delivered to you by mail. they are very good. When they performed the test on me, the girl had a good hand, it is difficult for them to find the veins and she did it gently and patiently. excellent service

Quick check-in, made to feel very comfortable by the nurse despite my fear/dislike of having blood drawn. All-in-all, a very efficient procedure, with no pain, and quick results (received the results later on the same day)! One improvement to suggest is ensure the Dr. follows up accordingly to schedule to discuss the blood test results. I never got a call back, so needed to chase on it (despite having an follow-up call scheduled).

The blood test was done quickly and efficiently and I had the full results within 24 hours. Very pleased.
