Terrible company to deal with, purchased an iPhone case wasn’t the right one so sent back no refund, nothing!! No number to contact on!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
They don’t refund!!!!!!

I bought a iPhone case which didn’t fit quite as expected. I emailed H&B about the problem with pics. I received a confirmation back saying they would get back to me within 48hours. Although it took a day longer they agreed that it should be returned and would pay the postage.
Simples excellent after sales service

I ordered a matte case after I got my new phone. It was very sticky when it arrived, but thankfully that went in about a week.

The design is great, (I ordered the Matisse Abstract Scatter Eco Bamboo Phone Case) so initially was very happy.

Sadly it’s downhill from there. I used the same screen protector as my old phone (from the same packet) and it was cracked within a week. Then part of the bottom of the case fell off (the narrow bit above where the charger goes in) 1 month later.

Over the next few months I went through multiple screen protectors (despite being a careful person and never having cracked one before) and more parts of the case cracked off.

I’ve had to fix it with tape as otherwise there would be no protection at the bottom at all!! All of the bottom section (above the charging/speaker gaps) has broken of, then the off button fell out (making it really tricky to use) and now the part by the sound on/off has broken off. Plus the design has almost completely worn off.

I love the biodegradable idea of this case but sadly it’s way too biodegradable and not really fit for purpose.

I Irdered a matching phone and AirPods case from here. Such great quality and I LOVE the design. I accidentally ordered to wrong finish and Charlotte happily updated my order when I emailed to see if I could change it. Great customer service and fantastic cases. Highly recommend!!

so I recently got a phone case from this brand (the vertical b&w lines, matte finish snap case) and I’m honestly so disappointed in the case. the case took like 3 weeks to come, there was no tracking information available, which is crazy. when it finally came, the design looked incredibly blurry (nothing like shown on the website) on top of the case it’s like the design had just cut off and the whole top of the case is white while the bottom of the case has the design going all the way down (if that makes sense?) honestly it’s such a crap case, probably the worst one I’ve ever had.

Really love this brand and their designs. On my first order I got a case for an 5 phone plus not realising I actually had the pro max (who knew they were different sizes). Customer service was very good and a lady named Charlotte replaced it for the correct size at no cost, even though the mistake was my fault. Which is very generous for a small company.

Update 2: unfortunately the owner emailed me to ask me to take down my review. I will not do so as I believe it is important to provide future customers with true experiences and it is not relevant whether the business is small or not.

Update: ordered finally came (almost 1 month later) but the phone case doesn’t fit. I double checked and I had ordered the correct one. Items are also printed very blurry, clearly awful quality. Cannot be bothered to ask for a refund as I know the seller won’t reply! Do not waste your money.

I ordered 3 items (a print, a phone case and an AirPod case).
After 2 weeks I contacted the seller to ask about my items. She said that the cases would be sent separately to the print due to a manufacturer issue. That’s fine.
I received the print.
I still have not received the cases and she is now no longer replying to me.
Full dispute issued with credit card.
DO NOT PURCHASE.

I had a really positive experience with the customer service. I ordered a case and originally did have a problem with the first case received. I contacted harper and Blake and became stressed when I saw negative trustpilot reviews. However I heard back pretty quickly considering I ordered over the Christmas period and feel awful for previously leaving a bad review. This company now mainly works through Etsy, and if you look at the reviews on there you will see they are fantastic.

Charlotte apologised and took full accountability for the mistake with the first case, and replaced it without me even needing to return the original which is rare nowadays!

A lot of the customers that have left negative reviews on trustpilot, most likely have since had their problem sorted like I have but haven’t edited their review which is so damaging for a small business.

My package arrived slightly later than expected, but everything else is fine.

I’ve ordered an iphone case and received something very different, they kindly sent me my product as the 1st one wasn’t whayt I lrdered but again was very disappointed. The case looks so different from what the website shows, the colours are just awful and very pale.

Very happy with my new case, thank you. I always buy my cases from Harper and Blake, they protect my phone very well. Highly recommended and customer service is always helpful. Not sure how truthful some of the reviews are that are being left on here as I've never experienced this. Originally found them on Etsy, you can see the reviews on there are fantastic.

My experience is that this company is about mass market selling and do not care about the lost goods for its customers. My order was not delivered and when contacted, they simply didn't respond. Their reviews are not glowing wherever you look with complaints of a similar nature; long delays, no goods being delivered and zero communication.

If you feel you need to lose money to this company, at least put it on a credit card so you can get your money back without waiting for communication from this company as chances are, it won't ever happen.

Last Friday I ordered a iphone case from Harper & Blake based on the incredible choice of designs, models, prices etc. Estimated delivery was Monday. When by Tuesday I hadn’t heard anything about dispatch I started to worry a bit and looked on here only to find quite a few 1star awful and horrible reviews which properly panicked me. I immediately emailed the company in a right flap. Within an hour I had heard back from them, explaining that their cases are printed to order and that mine was on its way, confirming tracking information and being very personal and kind. Today is Wednesday and my case arrived this morning, beautifully printed, robust and even better than I’d hoped. Please know that my experience has been the polar opposite of these alarmist reviews and I would give ten stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Ordered a case 13/08 still no case after a week so I sent an email still no response over another week later...so basically taken my money and not delivered. Also...hunting around for an alternative contact I came across a man's profile on LinkedIn claiming to be the owner boasting about £1m+ sales...not the stated owner Charlotte on the website...how bizarre!!! Save yourself the money and the hassle of raising a bank indemnity which is what I'll be doing next...

Item took longer than 5 working days to arrive. Ordered on 12/08 and arrived 21/08. No dispatch email was sent so I was clueless as to when it was arriving. I could let this go if my product wasn’t also faulty!. None of the buttons on the case align properly to the buttons on my iPhone rendering it useless. The silent switch hole is in the wrong place. The case cannot be used with my phone. I’ve reached out via email and am awaiting a response so can’t comment on their customer service yet. I wouldn’t normally post on trust pilot so soon after emailing but I think the service is already so appalling. How can you get it so wrong?!

I'd put zero stars if I could. this company has stolen £25 from me and refuses to refund me and will not respond to any of my emails despite me sending my item back and being promised a refund. DO NOT purchase from here. The case I ordered was disgusting and arrived dirty.

Cannot review the product because they haven’t sent it !! Ordered on 7th Dec and still not dispatched my order £30 loss ….. Numerous attempts to make contact but they have ignored all my messages. This was a gift for my daughter for Xmas looks like she won’t be receiving it. Absolutely disgraceful AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY
