The website was easy to Navigate and gave a very descriptive summary of the boots. I am looking forward to my new boots. They had about 4 different colours to choose from which was a big plus also.

Shoes run small. They are not orthopaedic. Materials feel and look poor quality. Asked for a refund was advised need to pay shipping and lose 15% for resale costs. Choose to receive 10% refund and keep product which I will donate to charity. Very disappointing. As yet not heard about 10% refund.
Would Not purchase again.

Be very wary of this company. I Purchased a pair of boots which I assumed were leather and supposedly orthopaedic.
They took forever to arrive from overseas. The quality is horrible! Cheap vinyl boots with next to no sole. No support whatsoever.
I was sent an email a few days after ordering offering a 50% refund if I left a positive review, which I did (since deleted) didn't get any refund.
I have sent numerous emails asking to return the boots for a refund but haven't had any response as yet.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Excellent experience with Harpperwears. They have been quick to answer all my queries and concerns. I look forward to purchasing their beautiful clothes again. I will recommending them to my friends and colleagues. The quality of their clothes is outstanding and the delivery service excellent.

Bought the boho dress for my girlfriend and she wore it the same weekend. She loved the sleeves and said it felt light enough for outdoor plans.

Well, it’s hard to write a review before having received my purchase. I’m hoping the material is of good quality, it looks lovely in the photo.
It’s not very expensive so I feel a bit sceptical.

Shoe purchase made easy. Yes there is a lot of competition online. Shoes are alike so choosing which one is not easy. Harperwears free delivery and ordering process make the transaction seamless. Quick response emails add to the process.

Super easy to find what I wanted, easy to navigate website and check out system

I ordered ‘leather lined boots’ - they are not leather; they are plastic, very poor quality and manufacturing. Soles are a different colour and very thin.
Plastic is crumpled from postage and also shiny. I wish I could include photoes.
I am seeking a refund of the $77 Australian dollars for what should be sold for $5 in a ‘reject seconds quality’ shop. Very disappointed.

Easy online store to navigate. Full pictures of items which is fabulous.

I wore the bell sleeve dress to brunch and got two compliments before we even sat down. It’s relaxed but still looks like I made an effort. Also didn’t cling weirdly, which I really appreciated.

The button down was a gift for my sister for her new office job. She said it looks polished but not too formal, which is exactly what she needed.
