Waiting for the shoes to arrive, very easy to order. The free delivery is a great deal.

The product was cheap, didn't look like the photo and didn't match the size guide. I wasn't offered a refund that matched australia standards. Once I returned the product I then was charged a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY

This is a complete scam. Order 3 100% cotton shirts. Received 3 polyester shirts which don’t look like the images. Tried to return but they take a restocking fee plus you need to pay for shipping back to China. Or they will give you a 10% refund. Complete scam do not buy from them.

The quality of the garment was awful. Cheap horrible poly cotton fabric. And very poorly made. No fabric details, no care details. Made for $5 in a sweat shop somewhere and sold for $79 + shipping. More fool me. I will be more careful of shonky traders in future.

The clothing was beautiful to see and that made it easy to find something for my special occasion.

Ordered Melinda Orthopaedic ankle boots. Advertised as High Quality Leather. Arrived in timely manner. Only good thing about this company I’m afraid. The Boots are not ‘High Quality Leather’ at all. They are made of PU rubbish, that is so thin that you could poke your finger through it. Has a synthetic backing with what crackles like thin cardboard when you bend the boot.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
So be warned, don’t not make the same mistake with this company as I.
False advertising at its finest.

**DO NOT BUY – Extremely Disappointing Experience**

I placed an order with Harperwears on **6 June**. It is now **24 June**, and I still have not received my shoes.

The customer service has been appalling. Every enquiry is met with the same generic response: *"Please be patient."* No action, no solutions, no accountability, and no genuine support.

I have paid in full, received no product, no compensation, and no meaningful assistance despite waiting weeks for delivery. At this point, the experience is unacceptable.

What concerns me even more is that before I even received my order, Harperwears emailed me asking for a review in exchange for a reward. Their email stated:

*"Leave a review now... As soon as we see your review, we'll send over your discount code."*

In other words, customers are being incentivised to leave reviews before they have even received or assessed the product. This raises serious questions about the authenticity and reliability of the positive reviews displayed online.

Customers should be aware that many reviews may have been written before the shoes were even delivered.

I cannot comment on the quality of the shoes because, after more than 3 weeks, I still don't have them. What I can comment on is the poor communication, lack of customer care, and review practices that I find highly misleading.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to not be ordering from Harperwears.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Super low quality shoes arrived after over a month. I requested a refund. They asked me to post them back to China (even though their website said they are located in Melbourne and Norway). After almost $80 of postage charges, I never heard back. I wrote a review here that they did not like and got deleted. They asked me to email them my order number. I did and again never heard back from them! Three months on and still no communication or refund of my money! Total scammers! #HRPR1046

I ordered the boho dress as a small gift and honestly didn’t expect her to like it that much. She tried it on right away and kept saying the sleeves were the best part. The delivery was smooth too, no weird delays or damaged packaging.

It was so easy to order my boots I looked at others at first but came back to the ones I boughy

The shoes I ordered arrived within 2 weeks; they are a little smaller than I would like, so I would definitely size up a full size like they recommended (my feet are a half size, so I sized up a half size and they’re just a little snug). The colours are great!

Very shonky and dishonest business. Boots are advertised as comfortable leather and are actually very very cheap and uncomfortable vinyl. Not true to size either.
They advertise a 30 day refund, however they said you need to post the boots to China (From Australia) which would cost around $30.us they deduct an additional 15%.

Don't deal with this company!

I have not received the product yet but ordering it online was made easy by the simple to use selection process and payment methods offered.

You now trying to look good on this platform will only give me an option to write another review. The 30 day guarantee does not exist with sizing etc. Your web page is all lies.
I also not you were given the opportunity to make things right via 2 emails which a 15 percent restocking fee when they are intact poorly made and not to standard. Secondly a 15 percent reduced fee from the original 10 percent reduction. That's great news but what will it do with the shoe that still does not fit the foot due to being so small photos were sent of the size difference. It's a simple exchange or full refund.
No other options will be accepted.on our behalf.

I will write more poor review till you find our email and rectify. I will not send another as 2 unacceptable responses have already been given.

I had a smooth experience ordering from Harper Wears. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was quick and straightforward. I found a lovely selection of items and am looking forward to receiving my order. So far, the experience has been pleasant, and I hope to shop with them again in the future.

I bought the button down mainly for work, but I’ve already worn it outside office too. It has a clean shape without looking too stiff, and it doesn’t lose structure after washing.

My shopping experience was next to none with Harper Wears. I’m looking forward to receiving my new shoes.

Well I haven’t received my order yet but I’m hoping the boots will fit well.

The blouse has become one of those pieces I keep reaching for when I don’t want to overthink an outfit. It sits nicely on the shoulders and doesn’t look boxy. Pretty easy to style.
