Amazing experience, flexible, precise, great communication! Highly recommended

This company's performance far surpassed my expectations, the people were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The price was certainly competitive, but more importantly, I was guided and protected from start to finish. The men that removed and then delivered our furniture and personal belongings were careful, friendly and fast.

No solo el TODO el personal de la empresa puso empeño en facilitarnos una operación laboriosa (mudanza de Ginebra a Castellón de una casa montada hace más de 70 años), sino que la actuación de los hombres (Arturo y Fisher) que nos mandaron fue de 10. Han llevado a cabo los dos solos el trabajo de 4 personas, sin duda alguna. Siempre amables, eficaces, cuidadosos y disponibles. (No se pueden ni imaginar lo difícil que fue montar y desmontar un mueble del siglo XVIII y lo hicieron fantásticamente bien).

La atención dispensada por la persona a cargo de los trámites administrativos (Susana) también fue de 10 y me facilitó unos trámites que me parecían imposibles, velando por que estuviera atendida incluso durante sus vacaciones. Le agradezco haber contestado siempre a mis preguntas con la celeridad y claridad con las que lo ha hecho. En todo momento me he sentido segura y muy bien atendida en un trance que había previsto mucho más difícil de lo que ha resultado gracias a Hasenkamp.

Hasenkamp Relocations did a great job handling the shipment of my personal belongings. The team was efficient, professional, and made the process very smooth. Special kudos to Sandra Sblendorio for her outstanding support. I would highly recommend them.

Desde Hasenkamp hicieron un trabajo excelente gestionando la recepción de mis pertenencias en España debido a mi repatriación (claros con los documentos necesarios y los pasos a seguir, requisitos de aduanas, almacén temporal, entrega MUY puntual...).

En concreto, Sandra fue de gran ayuda para coordinar todo el proceso con sus homógos de Malasia; y con gran amabilidad me mantuvo informado por teléfono de todos los avances hasta la entrega final.

They helped me relocating from Luxembourg to Barcelona 2 weeks ago and it was amazing. they did everything for me, very very professional crew, everything was packed perfectly at origin and reassembled well at destination. Also a minor issue once I flagged it was resolved promptly. Thank you for making my moving experience less stressful as possible. Thank you to Susana Cano also for her coordination and support.

ING.: I do not recommend dealing with Hasenkamp under any circumstances. The employees are incompetent and unprofessional. The little bit of information they provide is taken from the internet (if you can read you can find everything you are interested in). In addition, nobody informed me about the intermediate results and my enquiries were answered late. I spent two and a half years waiting for the result of their work and as a result, due to their fault, I have to start the procedure again, pay for it again and wait at least two more years.

ESP.: No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto buscar ayuda en Hasenkamp. Los empleados no son competentes, ni profesionales. La poca información que proporcionan está sacada de internet (si sabes leer puedes encontrar todo lo que te interesa). Además, nadie me informó de los resultados intermedios, contestaron tarde a mis correos. Estuve dos años y medio esperando el resultado de su trabajo y como consecuencia, por culpa suya, tengo que volver a empezar el procedimiento, volver a pagarlo y esperar al menos dos años más.

The treatment with the customer has been kind, friendly and warm all the process through. The coordination issues needed to arrange have been dealt with in an agile and collaborative manner. The goods (including car) have delivered in the same condition than handed over. I consider the targets of an adequate removal process achieved.

I recently had the pleasure of using Gosselin and Hasenkamp for my move from Belgrade to Barcelona, and I must say, the experience was commendable. The entire process was seamless, from the initial contact to the final delivery of my household items. The team demonstrated professionalism, care, and attention to detail, ensuring all my belongings were securely transported.

Although the journey took around a month, which was a bit longer than expected, the wait was well worth it. The communication from the company throughout this period was excellent, keeping me updated and reassured about the whereabouts and safety of my items.

Upon arrival, everything was in perfect condition, without a single item missing or damaged. This level of service and dedication is admirable and greatly appreciated.

Everything. I gave to the local agent my furniture in October. Since the begining the spain agent knew I was planning to arrive at end of november, and did not give the approvalto the local agent to send the furniture.

It was only until I requested information in the begining of december, that they informed to the local agent and me that since I have not sent the spain papers that can only be done once I arrived, they were not going to give the approval.

When I told the agent please to approve (without the paper) she accepted. And my furniture was only sent from Colombia at the end of December. Letting me 2 months without furniture at home. I still does not have any, implying to me an over cost on my movement.

Soy artista y mi piso estaba lleno de objetos de arte, frágiles más su respectivo mobiliario.. con una gran habilidad y experiencia el equipo de recogida ha embalado impecable y velozmente todos los enseres … una vez realizado este servicio , el equipo administrativo y de gestiones internas ha sido de lo más cercano y se ha implicado hasta el último detalle para realizar el envío vía barco !!

Un equipo fantástico!!! Personas muy responsables, muy colaboradoras, sensibles a lo que representa el estresa de un traslado internacional y sobre todo muy puntuales!!!

The experience to perform the removal with Hasenkamp was perfect and it was not easy (between Spain to Germany). All the schedules agreed were fulfilled and all the packages arrived in good status.
