I was directed to what I wanted and placed an order straight away. I also can say I was extremely impressed that they came the next morning. I will definitely use them again.

Customer service was very good. I tried to help me to pick the right fleece for the bed for my husband and it is all they said it would be thank you.

Following a visit to a podiatrist and explaining the problem with a foot drop, he examined my foot and assessed my walking. He felt that this brace would be beneficial and make my walking better. I ordered online, it arrived promptly and it has made my life so much better, it’s easy to put on and secure. The material is very comfortable, no rubbing, not bulky, I can wear it with dresses and trousers and it doesn’t look out of place. It supports my ankle very well and I’m delighted with it.

Everything arrived on time and was left where I asked.

Light, comfortable to wear and good support

Being profoundly deaf, I am unable to hear a normal alarm clock, so I was pleased to be able to buy the Gemarc 'Wake and Shake Star'.
It was delivered shortly after I ordered it and the shaker has woken me unfailingly every day since then. It also has optional alternatives of a 95db sound alarm and a bright flashing light, or all three together,
However, I find the shaker to be sufficient on its own.
I am really delighted with my purchase and the helpful advice that I received from Health and Care.

Great product, well worth the money, order process and delivery great. Been a godsend, had foot surgery and only given a large full knee length one, which was so diffucult to walk in, Purchased this and been so much easier, corfortable to wesr and easier to get around in. Good quality product.

Thigh support felt good and velcro fixed it tight but as soon as I started to run it slipped down to my knees and was loose and uncomfortable.
Unfortunately didn't support thigh where I had torn tendon.

Avoid this company, particularly if you want a refund!!
My elderly mother ordered a phone, which she did not use and returned within two weeks.
However, upon return Health and Care replied to say that the phone was not in an acceptable condition for resale. The company highlighted how the phone showed signs of wear, even though my mother had never used it. They claimed there were stains on the instruction leaflet, even though the same instructions had never been taken out of box by my mother. The company also claimed that the opening of the box had been substantially ripped, even though I have a clear image of how this looked before it left my mother's possession abd this was not the case.
I have subsequently noticed another review in which interestingly the company had said a similar things to avoid paying a refund for a phone. It is clear to me, that this company do not want to refund money that has been paid for goods in good faith. I shall never ever be ordering from this company ever again.

All people I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. I have my order and very pleased will be ordering again from yourselves. Very pleased with service.

Delivery was extremely slow and customer service was not very helpful when I called, I requested a refund as the item I ordered hadn't arrived two weeks after ordering

My experience of trying to resolve a problem with my mattress was poor.
After multiple phone calls and emails I eventually got a replacement. However, it was super stressful to chase progress and ask for updates. The call centre staff were very pleasant to speak to but never returned promised calls or gave timescales for a response. I would not recommend this company
