My experience of trying to resolve a problem with my mattress was poor.
After multiple phone calls and emails I eventually got a replacement. However, it was super stressful to chase progress and ask for updates. The call centre staff were very pleasant to speak to but never returned promised calls or gave timescales for a response. I would not recommend this company

Item was too small. Sent it back got a refund within a couple of days.

I am severely sight impaired, but do have a little eyesight. I use a PC with a 36'' TV as a monitor. The websight was reasonably easy to navigate, although my daughter did the actual transaction. The product was dispatched and received in good order and within the stated delivery time. Th only issue I have with the phone is the battery... I barely use the phone and don't use the whatsapp or other inet features and yet the battery is constantly needing to be charged. I can go to bed with 100% and wake up with 82% and by 10am it's down to 60% and I haven't even used the phone.

Delivered at expected time, well packed. Parcel left by the door in a sensible position as no one was in.

On the positive side I did receive my order the following day. However, the sizing guidelines were totally inaccurate. I followed the instructions to the letter, and used a proper cloth tape to measure. I measured several times and obtained the same result of 48cm each time.

But the knee brace I received wouldn’t even go past my calf, let alone my knee. Health & Care paid no attention at all to my comments on their wildly inaccurate measuring guidelines.

As a result I was obliged to pay for the return of their product.

The 2 devices - geemarc - AMPLICALL110 and AMPLICALL150 - enabled me to set up an extension bell for my digital home phone. (My broadband provider could not identify a method for me to do this).
You would have received 5 stars if:
A mains lead had been provided for the 110
The products were not made in China!!

Had to return item, return went quite smoothly although it did cost me half the cost of the item!!

The product I brought was faulty which was a shame because it was helping my condition I was asked to send some photos of the item which I did and I was promptly asked if I wanted a replacement or refund the customer service was very good
