Given five starts because of how Helen was at the Arndale Centre branch. She was very informative, helpful and reassuring around a sensitive subject for me. She was open to giving advice and information and I left with my spirits well and truly lifted. I hope you pass on my thanks.

The website for booking is horrendous unfortunately… it definitely needs some work. The wonderful nurses that work for Superdrug are definitely missing out on business because of it. There was a gentleman waiting to see Helen face to face because the website was also unclear! Come on Superdrug, it’s an easy fix!

Janine the nurse in the Basingstoke branch in festival place was very helpful with the appointment booking and was excellent administering the jab to my daughter. Very smooth and easy process.

Attended for booked chickenpox vaccine for my child. The practitioner was not at all engaging, very serious and did not appear to be able to interact with young children. Felt like an inconvenience.
Had the vaccine as planned and documented ect just better people skills would be good.

Really lovely nurse, put my children at ease and chatted through the vaccinations they were having clearly. Would highly recommend the Chichester health clinic.

I have been twice now and each time Farah the nurse has been absolutely excellent, she shows an interest and puts you right at ease delivering exceptional care in a very professional way.

Dorothy, who does the blood draws at Superdrug in Shepherds Bush Green is a really excellent, experienced and knowledgeable nurse.

The nurse makes it straight forward and stress free. Always asked how you are feeling before proceeding and explains everything and sends a follow up email after with posable side effects.
Highly recommend i will definitely use them again

Went to the Superdrug store in Cambridge for Men B Vaccination for my daughter. The nurse was extremely kind and made my daughter feel relaxed. We were seen on time. Great experience would definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent experience at Chichester Superdrug. First of all, no waiting and a spacious and *cool* consulting room. Lynda was absolutely fabulous with my (autistic) son who was having a Men B vaccination. He had a full 15 minute consultation and Lynda was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to taking a full medical history, she spoke to my son about meningitis B and how it is transmitted and how to take care of himself at university. I couldn't rate the experience more highly. My son said it was 'the best vaccination appointment I've ever had!' High praise indeed.

The appointment was easy to make, a convenient location, but most of all Cathy was very personable and made the appointment pleasant. I'd absolutely use this service again.

The staff at the travel vaccines clinic in the Arnison Centre (Durham) branch are great. The vaccines themselves are ridiculously expensive (don't look how much it costs to produce) but the service was spot on.
