I booked an online appointment through Simply Health for a consultation with a doctor. The process was easy to follow and the whole process was excellent. An excellent service when my own GP couldn’t offer me a return telephone for 3 weeks. The doctor I spoke to listened and understood my problem. Would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend

What an incredible service! From initial call, to Dr calling me back within a couple of hours to the questions he asked and the prescription being ready almost instantly! Can’t rate it highly enough.

Great service
Great service. My daughter had a fall while on holiday and we were able to get her checked without needed to go to a hospital. The service was very quick. We were advised by the doctor to go to hospital in the end but without this advice we may not have known this.

Real Doctors with excellent knowledge
Real Doctors with excellent knowledge, who listen and have the skills to provide positive solutions. Also good administrative staff. In trouble for help at weekends or Bank Holidays and this is a really essential service. Certainly as good as my local Surgery for filling the gap where needed. Booking process is so simple, you literally just need the phone number.

Booked appointment by phone very helpful staff. My appt was just 45 minutes later by phone. The doctor called exactly on the stated time. The doctor swiftly sorted a specialist referral for me which was in my inbox just 5 minutes later. Excellent service.
