We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

On 4 occasions they have booked a nurses visit and 4 times they have cancelled now I am 4 injections behind and they don't seem that bothered at all.

Nurse was - on time, Informative, polite, clear guidance given, checked and verified my understanding.

I still have not been able to get…
I still have not been able to get appointment with nurse and it takes so long to get a reply. I had the medication delivered 2 weeks ago but still haven’t been able to get the virtual nurse appointment scheduled.
Directly after the previous review I have now received an appointment and Healthnet moved promptly to sort things out swiftly.

Delivery date fine but unable to choose an AM or PM delivery so you cant arrange what to do or where to go or take the dog out for a walk, ok you get a two hour delivery slot the night before but if its a morning delivery slot I have to take time off work
