Great Customer Service! I ordered an item with a Groupon code that did not work correctly and they were on top of it to fix the issue for me promptly (not their fault). It was hard to tell what the status of my order was on line, but when I contacted them, they were prompt about letting me know that my order was processing. My order was received in a reasonable amount of time.
