SCAM. prescribed LOWER DOSE purposely. Before it got semt tp pharmacy i notified bot so called physician and customer service via phone and email. portal replied that she dont know they told her 4 weeks when and i had to contact customer service. it clearly shows my subscription
no one replied to that. now i have the wrong prescrition less than what i paid for. Response time is outrageous! You dont actually get to speak to anyone. Pre recorded videp. they do NOT reply to emails or portal messages. Im getting my money back from my bank.

Company was extremely easy to wk with & super fast shipping. It definitely worked even though I couldn't continue due to headaches. Of course I would be that 1 person who gets side effects. But I called & they were super great & helped me cancel it immediately until I see my Dr. Then hope I can come back

I bought the Consultation + Four Week Semaglutide Weight Loss Program with Full Dose (up to 2.5 MG/WEEK) Groupon for $228.74. The communication through the ordering process on Groupon was easy to understand. I could find my voucher and instructions on how to set up my account with HealthSource easily.

Once I navigated to the Health Source website, I had to make an account and send the $35 shipping payment through Venmo because their payment system was down. Once I sent the shipping payment, I had to email them to get the enrollment paperwork started. During the enrollment process, I had to sign up for a subscription instead of the one-time Groupon I purchased, which threw me off since this was not mentioned on Groupon. I went back and checked the Fine Print and saw that I can cancel the subscription before it renews.

I was sent the medical questionnaire via email less than 30 minutes after I told them I had paid the shipping fee via Venmo, and I completed the extensive medical questionnaire. After completing the medical questionnaire, I received an email confirming my order and a detailed invoice.

I received email notifications that a doctor licensed in my state had reviewed my medical intake form. I also received a message in the portal from the doctor with details about my prescription, risks, how to follow up with my primary care doctor, and details about what to expect with weight loss with Semaglutide.

I also received a text saying the pharmacy would take up to 5 business days to ship my prescription.

I received an email from FedEx with tracking information and an estimated delivery of 12/28/24. The package was shipped from HCP Fulfillment in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The package was delivered in the morning by FedEx. Inside were the medication, syringes, and alcohol wipes. The dosage instructions found on the medication packaging were easy to understand.

The process was easy to followed and fast. The customer services were friendly and helpful!
