Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker…
Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker wire. The hole in the anchor cable through which the speaker wire must go was far too big, with the result that the anchor simply floats around.
This result was sad as the advertisement states specifically that the anchors work with Phonak hearing aids.

Hi John, we're sorry to hear your anchors you ordered did not fit. Anchors/ear hooks are all different sizes. Each person has a different size according to their hearing aid receivers. Your audiologist may be able to help you find out which size you need, and we can offer support to help ensure you can order the correct size.
