I explained this was an error on behalf of Royal Mail and the tracking number was unavailable to me at that time. Which meant I was unable to pass this to yourself. I wasn't sure how the coronavirus would affect international shipping (from the UK to the US), but this arrived at the very beginning of the estimated delivery date range. The box was tightly wrapped, and the factory-wrapped COM-DEX box inside was securely cushioned. The device is as-advertised.
