I have called upon HeatGlow on two occasions the most recent to replace a pump for our shower, and previously a service for the boiler. On both occasions the work was carried out on the day requested, the Engineer was polite and friendly and explained the work that was required on the day, and left everything clean and tidy. The following day there was a follow up text from him to make sure all was satisfactory. I have no hesitation in recommending HeatGlow for any plumbing needs.

Profession and tidy workers. They have been doing work for us for a few years and we've had no problems. Thorough when servicing our boiler and gas appliances.

Excellent communication from Heatglow, Karl did a great job, turned up exactly when we were told he would and got straight on with the job. Fantastic to have hot water again after 12 days and numerous other plumbers messing us around. Thankyou Heatglow

Great service. We needed to fix a leaking radiator, change the timer on the boiler, as well as service the boiler. They came out to do all work really quickly. Communication was clear, there was minimum disruption when Karl was in the house and he managed to fix everything promptly and to a high standard.

Engineer turned up on time and did service without any issues.

I saw Heatglow van working at a neighbour house. I popped across to see if there was any chance they would be able to look at a problem I was having with my boiler. Gareth agreed to pop over as soon as he was finished what he was doing. Sure enough he popped in knew exactly what the problem was a new pump was required. He said he’d be in contact and sure enough within two days he arrived in the agreed time fitted the new pump worked tidily and professionally. Gareth even called a couple of days later to check the part was working as it should and advised if there were any issues do not hesitate to contact them. I was so impressed I even signed up to a service plan. I would highly recommend Gareth and Heatglow it’s absolutely fantastic to receive excellent service. Well done Gareth and the team at Heatglow

Routine service for boiler but asked to look at condenser pipe (previously repaired bt Heatglow in June 2025) - Karl established it was leaking and explained what needed doing very thoroughly. Went off to get parts and completed repair efficiently and extremely tidily
