Our boiler packed up so I used Worcester Bosch rapid fit and they organised an accredited installer to fit the replacement on the day we con be there. Come the Friday (10th July 26), Daniel turned up on time and started work immediately once carpet protection had been put down. Dan never stopped and worked like a trojan till the job was complete.
The installation of the worcester bosch greenstar 4000 was neat, tidy and no mess.
I will be using SDP again in the future for an air-con install and the annual service of the new boiler.

Excellent work by SDP. I had a leak in my ceiling. My call was dealt with efficiently and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. The plumber was polite and worked step by step to identify the source of the leak from my bathroom . above with clear explanations. Tidied up well. Excellent service.

I had SDP Plumbing and Heating come in to service our oil boiler that they had previously installed a few years back. Thoroughly professional and clean service throughout. Got them coming back this week to carryout a repair on the LPG boiler in our annex. Will review again when that's completed, no doubt 5 star again 😁

Excellent service, booked by telephone for next day visit when a friendly plumber arrived as scheduled and quickly identified and repaired our leak despite very difficult access to the issue. We were extremely happy with the service given the first business called were unable to navigate the access.

I recently had to replace my central heating boiler. I have not used SDP before but chose this company as they had excellent reviews. I was not disappointed.
The engineers arrived on time and started work immediately. They did an excellent job. Pipework that had to be rerouted was neatly done. They were polite and courteous and explained what they were doing and tidied up after completing job.

We wanted a thermostat fitted. Darren visited to take a look, provided us with useful information and followed up with a quote. The works were completed as quoted, he was very professional and left no mess! I had need to liaise with his office support, who also incredibly helpful.

Great service from start to finish. Our really old boiler was leaking water so we decided to replace. Quick visit from Darren to quote, with a couple of different options given for how we could proceed. We decided to go with a boiler with 12 years warranty (as SDP are approved fitters) and as our boiler was leaking they fit us in really quickly for install. Install day was excellent service too. Dan and Dylan are a credit to the company, install completed quick, clean and professionally. They even tidied up the mess the pipework had been left in by the previous boiler installer. Lastly, and here is where they really earned a 5 star plus review (but can only give 5 starts). We have issues in our area with low water pressure so had some teething issues with the boiler giving warning messages. Emailed the office had a response in about an hour and had a visit early next morning. Some much confidence was given in the after sales care by those visits to resolve the small teething problem we had. We will be using this company for all our plumbing and boiler servicing from now on and have already recommended to family members.

I was looking around for boiler companies and I found SDP on google reviews saying how great they was .. I also loved the WhatsApp communication who doesn’t love that these days… I appreciate all you’ve guys have done as my boiler was war times one and it was absolutely costing a bomb to use… brand new Worcester boiler and radiators throughout it’s going to be a cosy winter this year … I couldn’t of done this without you guys at all… What a fabulous price for the work that has been completed 👍🏻

This was the first time I had contacted SDP. The engineer arrived on time. Having explained the problem I was having with the boiler he carried out the appropriate checks and a thorough service of the boiler. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Got straight to to root of the issue, didn't faff about or try to oversell and gave some good tips.
