Peace of mind is priceless. No matter the amount you can or are willing to spend what salesman and dealers generally will only tell you what they think you need to or want to know. Although I won't be purchasing I have to say I wish I would be. Having an honest sincere caring and understanding business is few and far between these days. Thank you so very much for offering a much better solution for my unique situation, and mostly like you for your honesty. It's worth far more than the money I would have spent to buy something that would not have solved my problem.

My HD2 electric 4-wheeler has been collecting dust as I looked for someone to build me a battery. Not having confidence in EZRAIDERUSA, nor hearing back from the makers of the battery, I came across Heavy Duty Mobility and was pleasantly surprised they carried the EZRaider. I contacted HDM about getting just a battery and heard back rather quickly. Raphael said he would look into it and get back to me. He did, and was able to, so I ordered a battery and am now able to use my EZRaider HD-2. Raphael kept me updated regularly which was awesome. I have been to forum where others are needing a new battery for their EZRaider, and would highly recommend HDM. It was also a lot less expensive than what I was quoted from EZRUSA.

I was in the market for a scooter. I first tried on online place close to home in Pa. but the fellow that answered the phone put a hard sell on me and turned me off. I then called HD Mobility in Delaware and Raphael was wonderful. He just answered my questions and was very helpful. I bought an Afikim S4 from him. They ship from Florida and there is no showroom where you can try them out so it doesn't matter from what company you buy from online. You need someone you can put your trust in and Raphael did not disappoint

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none. It was obvious in all communications with Raphael that he genuinely cared that our son's needs were met with this trailer for his new powerchair.
