For anyone who wants to pursue career coaching should not be looking beyond Hemant Deshpande for a honest and transparent learning of the tools and behaviors for a coach. It has been a fantastic journey of 7 weeks and looking forward to the Coaching Accelerator Program.

What a great experience in transforming myself post program all with positive change. Lot of learning with self-awareness and fantastic tools. Wonderful coaches with rich knowledge wealth.

Honest approach to the topic. The program teaches methodical approach into career coaching, touches deeply into every subject areas, and most importantly he clarifies every questions you will have. I will surely recommend him. One area where the program can/shall add is with respect to "how to successfully sell" the program for aspiring coaches, by spending atleast 60 mins or more acorss the span of coaching.

Immense learning provided by Hemant Deshpande sir and his team during the entire ICF certification program. There's so much to take away by simply observing their speech, expressions and the meaningful conversations they can engage anyone with - truly, a must-have for being a successful coach and this program is a must-do for aspiring coaches.

Attended the Hemant Despande Career Coaching Program Feb-Mar Batch and the experience was awesome. This course clearly distinguishes between certified and non-certified coaches by building coaching on strong frameworks, ethics, and structured practice rather than only conversations or advice-giving. It transforms coaching from a casual skill into a disciplined professional approach with real responsibility and impact.

HDCC has been a transformative experience. The learning and applications have definitely changed my outlook towards my own capacity, strengths and boosted my confidence. My journey of building a second sustainable career starts here.

I joined the program with some uncertainty as the program start date was not confirmed. Despite my travel plans on the first day of the program, I joined it and the program kicked off with a positive note as I will remember taking the first day from the balcony of my ancestral home.
What made the program exciting and relevant were the assignments that we had to complete every week within a deadline. The coaches - Hemant, Deepak and Suneel made the assignment transparent, super-useful and eye opening week-after-week.
The peer discussions with other participants was another big advantage which gave me different perspectives from different leaders from their domains.
Last but not the least - Hemant's earnestness in ensuring all ICF competencies, ethics, tools and the frameworks are clear made the journey interesting and I kept waiting for every Sunday to join the mind-blowing sessions.
I went through a health crisis during the program but the quality of program was such that I could not miss a single session despite having a serious eye infection for almost 3 weeks.
The program helped me transform myself from a beginner level coach to a ready-to-rule level coach.
The weekly CLC discussions that I got access to as a part of this program is another big advantage of the program as it gives you access to a community of coaches that Hemant has nurtured carefully.
All in all the program and the certification are a must for every coach out there. Highly recommended!

Recently completed the ICF Accredited Career Coach Certification with Hemant Deshpande and team and it gives me immense joy as well as self-belief.
