Love the Sauna, looks amazing. We had a few issues with a missed delivery and there was a piece which had a small crack. As the materials are natural, this is likely to be expected. Was giving good advice on how to install and treat any imperfections in the natural wood in order to extend its lifespan and avoid future issues.

Super helpful and responsive throughout the process, especially helping our electrician troubleshoot. Installation team were great as well, super efficient and friendly. Cant fault the experience overall, and the product (Black Cube) is brilliant too.

Camilla Traditional Outdoor Sauna Complete Kit 3-4 Person. Customer from East Sussex. On 23 July 25 my sauna kit was delivered and on 25 July 2025 it was assembled. I had great experience with Heracles Wellness. I chose them among a wide range of companies due to their great reviews, thorough information on the website, competitive price and great support through the purchase, delivery and assembly service. I had my initial chat with Keith on the website. He was amazing and really patient with all my many questions. This an expensive investment for my family and Keith was great to ensure understand all aspects of this purchase and warranty. Then, it was Abdullah who took over updating me on every step and booking delivery and assemly. I do not recall the name of the delivery person, but he was ever so careful and polite. The assembly team, Pavel’s team arrived on time and worked non-stop to put the sauna together. I really recommend assembly as it is hassle free service. I had my own electrician connecting the sauna which was quick. I might need to mention that the reset button on the heater may require some force as switch is stiff when you. We were afraid to apply the force not to break anything and the sauna did not heat up more than 49 degrees Celsius. We found the information about adding some force initially on support Harvia website. The sauna heated the first time in about 39-35 minutes to 90 degrees. We had a go with my family and it was AMAZING 🤩. We will be enjoying the sauna more often from now on as it has a lot of health benefits. My skin was rejuvenated after the session. We already applied the Tikkurila sauna protection oil inside out, as recommended on the HW website. It made the wood just slightly darker, cheek blush effect I called it :). Also added an extra pleasant fragrance to the wood. The wood smell inside the sauna is also great. All in all, I am ever so grateful to HW guys. I hope the sauna will work well and serve us many years of joy. I strongly recommend HW for being professional and supportive! Adding some photos to convince those who are in decision mode…. 😎

Great communication prior to, during and after the purchase. Excellent customer service. Delivery was swift and easy and the installation service was excellent with the team being extremely responsive and flexible.

Superb customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience. Great product, very pleased and impressed with the quality. Best price I could find. Built it myself, my electrician completed full installation in less than 4hrs. Great Sauna.

Make no mistake, this is a premium product that gives you a sauna experience equivalent to that found in spa’s health clubs etc.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product and Keith and the team at Heracles were so helpful through the selection and build process!

Flawless experience start to finish. I was nervous buying online without seeing the produce however couldn’t be happier. Great service from initial enquiry through to completed install. Very responsive, great communication, very profesional and clean installers. In glad I went for the install service. I was on the fence but it took 3 guys almost a day to get the Camilla 2-3 person built. On trust pilot you’ll see a 3 star review. I am Glad I read this as did extra due diligence on the electrics. Heracles make it clear electrics are not part of the service so before ordering I had an electrician come and quote for the work. It was more complex as it has to connect to a fuseboard and mine is in the middle
Of the house. It cost around £500 to get this work done. But meant I was able to use the sauna shortly after having it installed. Very happy customer

The company is easy to contact- the order to shipment was well communicated. during the build we could contact the supplier and ask for information as required. The build is not difficult.. (two person) The quality is amazing and the after service commitment is fantastic..

We spent 2 years researching and thinking about buying this sauna, most of that time we were talking to a different supplier who had UK exclusivity. The problem being that they would not take responsibility for delivery and offload. Thankfully they lost their exclusivity contract and we were able to purchase from Heracles. What a breath of fresh air. They were helpful to a point of actually setting up the sauna for us, and we still talk regularly if we have questions on this beautiful product. I am going to leave some reviews elsewhere with more detail, but so far this sauna has exceeded our expectations. We don’t have 3 phase, so was worried it would not be hot enough but we have learnt to actually set it to cooler than a normal sauna as it’s so efficient. Thanks Heracles . It’s a restively expensive price of kit but we have no regrets at all. The manufacturer Hellas have also spoken to us which is really nice. There was a small glitch with the HUUM heater app but they too have been responsive.

Sauna unit seems good so far. Well priced for good quality delivered from Estonia.

The guys who did the install were polite, professional hard working.

I felt a little abandoned when it came to the electrics which are down to the buyer to setup. It's fairly complicated by the time you add in heater, thermostat, LED lights, connection with armoured cable, isolators etc. It took my electrician 2 days to wire it all up and requires a fair bit of drilling and routing wires and it's still not right.

I would rather have bought a turnkey service including electrics.

I would definitely insist that your electrician is there for the entirety of the last day. This was a "recommendation" but I think it's essential.

Generally pretty happy though as it's a big purchase and we got there in the end with a good quality unit.

Great customer service from the guys at Heracles, advised me on what model In-body would be best for my gym and were very knowledgeable. Delivery was seamless even over seas and they kept close communication until the machine was at my door. Will definitely use again!

We have just taken delivery of our new hot tub from Heracles Wellness. Throughout the process all our queries were answered promptly both by phone and email by Keith. We were promised delivery by 10 am even though the hot tub was coming from Nottingham to our Devon holiday lodge and the hot tub arrived before 10am. The brilliant delivery guys, Florin and Trimore, had even phoned an hour before they arrived. They then took a lot of trouble setting up the hot tub properly and giving us a clear and detailed explanation of how to look after it. Both really friendly, helpful and conscientious guys. We are also very pleased with the hot tub itself and are enjoying playing with all the features. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable and extremely competitive. We would recommend this firm highly.
